Tilimni Villa is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Paralimni, a fascinating and traditional Cypriot town, yet just five to ten minutes' drive from the most beautiful sandy beaches and clear waters on the island. The bustling resorts of Protaras and Agia Napa, with their fantastic beaches, watersports and restaurants and nightlife can easiily be reached in 10 - 15 minutes by car., The villa has easy access to all amenities, including shops, banks, local markets, bars, cafes, traditional tavernas and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa is situated on a spacious plot with two other villas. They share the large private pool which is surrounded by wide terraces, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing around the pool. The property benefits from air conditioning throughout. The well-furnished lounge/dining room has two large sofas and an armchair, plus a large dining table with eight chairs and a matching wall unit. The sliding glass patio doors lead onto a lovely secluded terrace, shaded by a gazebo and furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco and watch the beautiful sunset at night.
With one double and three twin bedrooms and three bath/shower-rooms, the villa is ideal for families or a group of friends, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Famagusta District
With over 300 days of sunshine a year, the mild winters and warm summers make Cyprus an all-year round destination. The Famagusta area is steeped in history and no visit to the area would be complete without seeing the old 'ghost town' of Famagusta, just over the border in Northern Cyprus. The monastery in Agia Napa is also worth a visit, as are the pretty villages in the surrounding area, such as Derynia, Frenaros and Sotira. Cape Greko, about 20 minutes drive from the villa, is an area of outstanding natural beauty, ideal for walking and soaking up the peace and quiet. Don't forget to visit the caves!
The modern resorts of Protaras and Agia Napa are within ten minutes drive, with their world-famous beaches, fantastic water-sports facilities, huge selection of tavernas, restaurants and bars, not forgetting the fantastic nightlife! The huge water park on the outskirts of Agia Napa is tremendous fun for everyone.
Slightly further afield but within easy reach, Larnaca and the divided city of Nicosia are well worth visiting.
Paralimni area
The villa is very conveniently situated in a quiet residential area just on the outskirts of the traditional Cypriot town of Paralimni. A few minutes walk away, on April 1st Street, you'll find a wonderful 24 hour bakery/patisserie selling fantastic bread, cakes, baklava and many other traditional Cypriot delicacies (as well as basics such as milk, juice and cheese). April 1st Street also has shops, cafes, banks and a large supermarket, Kokkinos, which sells absolutely everything you could need for a self-catering holiday.
How to get there
The nearest airport is Larnaca and British Airways and Cyprus Airways operate daily scheduled flights from the UK. Monarch now offers direct flights three times a week from Luton. There are many charter flight operations that frequently have seat availability and the best place to search for these in on the web. Two that we can recommend are www.skyscanner.net and www.cheapflights.co.uk
From Larnaca Airport, it takes about 45 minutes on the motorway to the villa and there are several different options: 1) We can arrange for someone to pick you up from the airport at a very reasonable cost. 2) You can hire a car at Larnaca Airport. 3) Pre book car hire prior to departure on the web (Rates vary but around CYP20 to CYP30 per day/ according to car/season - www.economycarrentals.com is very reasonable) 4) Book car hire via us – we can generally arrange a discount (varies but typically 10% to 15% off the above rates) 5) Arrange taxi at Larnaca Airport (Around CYP30/35 each way)
