It is fully air-conditioned and furnished to a high standard. Set in a small and luxury low-rise development, it benefits from underground parking, a communal swimming pool and pool terrace bar. The apartment is within a few minutes drive of local bays, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, landmark churches, bars, a theatre and local hospital. The popular family resort of Protaras with its vast array of bars and restaurants and water sports on the wide sandy beaches, including the famous Fig Tree Bay, is only a short drive away. For those who prefer things a little more lively then Ayia Napa with it's enormous waterpark, stunning Nissi Beach and bustling nightlife is only 15 minutes by car/taxi.

The Famagusta District
The Famagusta District Within the Famagusta district, Protaras and Ayai Napa are the best known towns. Protaras offers an abundance of restaurants, shops, local tavernas and traditional folk dancing and open air plays for good family night life. Ayai Napa offers world famous night life for the young-at-heart, beautiful beaches and a picturesque harbour. Kapparas is also local, and is known for its fishing.
Cyprus enjoys a Mediterranean climate, with abundant sunshine year round. Long dry summers and mild winters are separated by short autumn and spring seasons. Summer is a time of high temperatures (approx with cloudless skies, but the sea breeze creates a pleasant atmosphere in the coastal areas. Winters are mild, with some rain and snow on Troodos Mountains.
Paralimni town is just 10 minutes inland from Protaras and Ayai Napa. The town is a thriving community that offers a wide range of shops (including boutiques as well as Marks and Spencer!), bars, restaurants and cultural pursuits.
The local bays offer a welcome change to the more busy beaches of the nearby resorts of Protaras and Ayai Napa, and both watersports and boat trips are available locally. There are many local tavernas, or you can go into the centre of Paralimni.
Transfers between the Airport and the apartment can be arranged via our Managing agent.Transfers to be booked in advance but paid direct to driver in Cyprus.

It is advised that insurance is taken out by the hirer and their party against cancellation, personal accident (useful if you hire a car), personal possessions and medical cover, including the E111 form which you can obtain from your local post office.

Welcome packs of food and drinks can be supplied upon request for a small extra cost. As can special items such as cots or highchairs.
Conditions
A deposit equal to 25% of the total cost is payable upon booking and the remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. In addition to this, a fully refundable security deposit (subject to no damage in apartment during stay) of £150 is required at time of booking. You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance.
