This spacious ground floor apartment has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen areas.
This property is tastefuly furnished through out, it has sliding doors direct on to the patio area, tv with cabe, dvd player with a selection of films cd/radio a selceton of board games and books. The kitchen is fully fitted including a water cooler rmachine for those cold drinks on those long hot summer days. The 1st bedroom has twinbeds bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed with bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes this room has sliding doors leading onto the patio. A small safe is fitted for your use. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it and plenty on storage space. Split air conditioning units (cold and hot) are fitted for all round comfort. this property is in a ideal spot for a quiet break but having the lively resorts close by for the times you wish to go and let you hair down .

The Famagusta District
Famagusta district is on the southeast coast of Cyprus which has some of the best beaches on the island.
Paralimni / Protaras Avenue area
Just a few minute's walk is a fresh fruit and veg market, a 24hrs bakery, pharmancy, and one of 3 large well stocked suppermarket in this area.
The complex is situated 10 minute's walk or 1 minute by car from Paralimni 's main square which has pleanty of restaurants and tervaners.
5/15 minute's away is Kapparas, Pernera and Protaras which have some of the best beaches that south east cyprus has to offer. These offer a fantastic range of water sports and boat trips. Many of the beaches have been awarded the blue flag with the gentaly shelving fine white sand and crystal clear sea's which makes it ideal for all ages.
This area also has a small water park, aquiruim, mini golf and a great selection of restaurants and night life to suit all ages.
15 muintes away is Ayia Napa with alarge water park where there is fun to be had for all ages. There is also a beautiful harbour with many restaurants and the lovely Nisse beach.

Sean & teresa 7thof may for one week lovley apartment with all the facilities one could wish for a self catering holiday within easy walking distance of paralimni town centre. nice stroll to pernere and its little coves and bays recomend kemeries beach restaurant for lunch all in all a very enjoyable holiday
john & caroline 21st may for 2 weeks a great apartment in a good location to all that you need lovley weather nice peole easy acess to beaches pleanty of places to eat and drink we reconemd that you try rockafellas in protaros and the lounge bar in penerea nice and relaxing ( see you soon)
