This charming villa is arranged as follows;
Ground Floor:
The spacious open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen are surrounded by windows bathing these areas in sunshine. A fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences to create a culinary feast, which can be enjoyed at the dining table acccommodating up to 6 persons.
The lounge room consists of a two seater sofa bed and a three seater sofa bed for that extra guest..a (free to air), satellite TV with games station and three games are provided for your entertainment.
Patio doors give direct access to the private swimming pool from the lounge area .
A guest WC is situated off the lounge area for convenience.
First Floor:
All three bedrooms are situated on this floor and consist of a master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite shower room and a balcony where you can enjoy a view of the children's park and part view of the swimming pool. The second and third bedrooms consist of twin beds with built in Wardrobes and bedside tables.
A family sized bathroom with shower over the bath, is also situated on this floor.
Split air-conditioning (hot and cold) is provided throughout the villa for all- year- round comfort.
A personal safe is also provided for safe keeping of personal effects.

The Famagusta District
There are abundant and varied places to see in Cyprus, evoking the interest of every person from the ages of 2 years to 90 years of age, from the idyllic coastal seashores to the inland archaeological sites where various and truly amazing artifacts can be found to those interested in ancient history. Paralimni / Protaras Avenue area
This villa is situated near the outskirt of Paralimni where a three minute drive will bring you to the nearest beach cove of Ayia Triada in Kapparis. A four minute drive in the opposite direction, you will come to the centre of the Municipal town of Paralimni where there are abundant amount of shops and boutiques, well stocked supermarkets, banks, cafe's, restaurants and cinema.
Across the road from this complex is a small row of shops consisting of a hair dressers, chemist and fruiterers. There is also a lovely new 24hr bakery with wonderful pasteries and cakes opened up across the main road.
It is only a 7 minute drive into the centre of Protaras where there are many bars, clubs and restaurants, not forgetting the beautiful well renowned Fig Tree Bay.
Access by local transport (bus) is also available within walking distance from the villa.
