5 Enastron is located in the Cypriot Village, Paralimni, it is approximately 10 minutes (by car) from Protaras, and the beautiful Fig Tree Bay Beach. It is located just 15 minutes (by car) from Ayia Napa, where there are many fabulous beaches, and plenty of places to visit. The Villa benefits from being just 5 minutes walking distance from Paralimini Village, where there are many local tavernas in which you can enjoy Greek Meze'. There are also several shops, and supermarkets within the Village, and a variety of places to eat out.

The Famagusta District
The house is in walking distance of the village of Paralimni where you will find places of interest there is a 13th century church which is now a small museum . There is also a variety of boutiques ,cafes and local cypriot tavernas where you can sample local specialities. Cape Greco is approximately 5-10minutes by car where a selection of sandy beaches can be found.
Paralimni / Protaras Avenue area
The house has a bus stop outside which takes you into Protaras where you will find the beautiful figtree bay with its lovely stretch of sandy beach and crystal clear water also Protaras has an array of restaurants and nightlife. A short distance from Protaras you will come to Ayia Napa with its abundance of nightlife. Ayia Napa also boasts Water World Water Park which is fun for all ages.

English cleaner will clean the house before your arrival, and on your departure, any other cleaning must be taken care of by yourself. House sleeps 6 comfortably, but a spare bed is available if needed for a seventh person. Travel cot is available for infants. Large single sex groups are not accepted. Pets are not allowed.
Conditions
Upon booking, a £100 non-refundable deposit per week is required. This will be deducted from the overall rental charge. Full Payment is required 8 weeks before departure, inclusive of a refundable £100 deposit held for security to cover any breakages in the house. This will be refunded upon a successful surveyance of the house.
