About the home

The apartment has fabulous sea views with a 56sq foot balcony it is a very modern apartment with all the décor in black and white there is a wonderful communal pool with male and female shower facilities
We offer a very relaxing holiday with mins walk to the town of Paralimni where there you will find many shops restaurants bars coffee shops a luna park for the kids even a small marks and spencers the town offers historical churches and plenty for the whole family to explore
the apartment is only min away by car or local bus to the busy holiday resorts of Ayia Nappa or Protarus there you will find a nice harbour shops bars restaurants and the finest beaches you find around

There are shower rooms down stairs for male and female which have a shower , toilet and sink
these are great if there is a lot of people staying in the apartment to speed up the showering on a evening it gives the apartment a second and third bathroom

The Famagusta region

Famagusta is full of history there is a mini zoo with a view point to see the no mans land of famagusta which was once a busy holiday resort but when the turks invaded in 1974 they claimed the land and left it has a ghost town.

Famagustans love shopping as you will discover from many stores and small artisan shops in the old city. New shops, stores, cafés and restaurants also line up the Salamis Road on the way to the University. Like the old traders from centuries ago, trade and shopping are part of the sine-qua-non of a visit to Famagusta.

The Paralimni / Protaras Avenue area

Paralimni is a wonderful Cypriot town with historical churches Greek restaurants bars coffee shops plenty of gift and clothes shops.
There is a beautiful town square and church which is a must see.
Right near the coast it is th eperfect desxtination to relax and also experience true Cypriot lifestyle.
Proatrus and Ayia Nappa are fabulous holiday resorts with wonderful beaches restaurants and bars.
