The apartment complex benefits from 2 communal swimming pools and it has been thoughtfully designed and developed to offer guests a fantastic venue for their holidays.

The apartment offers accommodation of a superb standard for up to 4 guests. With an open-plan living space and generous bedrooms. The apartment provides a spacious environment where the whole family can be involved. The kitchen is modern in design and practical; it offers plenty of space on the work surface and for storage.

The huge balcony is ideal for enjoying meals and refreshments in the glorious sunshine that bathes the island throughout the majority of the year.

The Famagusta region

Famagusta has some of the most beautiful golden sandy beaches in Southern Cyprus and with the warm azure waters of the Med make it perfect for snorkelling and scuba diving.

Paralimni, Protaras and Ayia Napa are the nearest towns in this district. If you're looking for a great family holiday or a chill out break for two, then Paralimini or Protaras are right for you. The magnificent coastline and many water sports make this the ideal destination for the perfect beach holiday.

Ayia Napa also has a number of stunning beaches close by. It also boasts a delightful fishing harbour, a mediaeval monastery, as well as many shops, restaurants, bars and clubs.

The Paralimni area

Kapparis is a small coastal village close to Paralimni, with the towns of Paralimni and Dherynia, and the resorts of Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Napa all easily accessible.

Kapparis is an up-and-coming, peaceful and picturesque holiday resort which is open all year round. The beaches are some of the best in Cyprus and consist mainly of small beautiful bays each offering something different.

Unlike some resorts Kapparis is untouched and unspoilt. It's a small village with a very friendly community that make time for holiday makers. The atmosphere is very relaxed and laid back which makes it the ideal place to chill out and to get away from it.

There's plenty of choice when it comes to bars, restaurants and cafe's, especially in high season. Kapparis also benefits from a wide range of activity's close by to keep the family entertained.
