About the home

Anemelia Gardens is located in a very quiet residential area of Paralimni, close to all amenities. A very nice 2 bedroomed townhouse with a beautiful communal pool. The area is ideal for peaceful breaks, walking, swimming or just relaxing on the beach, which is only a five minute journey by bus or car.

The resorts of Protaras, Penera & Agia Napa are all within a short drive. Local buses run a very regular service throughout the summer, fares are well priced with bus stops close to the complex.

The Famagusta region

Famagusta is on the Eastern side of Cyprus, known for the best sandy beaches, with crystal clear and shallow waters an absolute paradise for anyone who loves the sea and water sports. The main resorts are Agia Napa, Protaras & Penera, and are only a short journey by car or bus from the complex. A mile east of Ayia Napa on the Protaras road you will find the very picturesque area of Cape Greko with it’s amazing sea caves, which is a national park with excellent nature trails. Close by you will find a sheltered beach known as konnos bay. There is a steep walk down to the bay, but its shallow and calm waters make it perfect for the kids.

The Paralimni / Protaras Avenue area

Paralimni (the village by the lake) once just a small Village on the side of a large lake, dry through the summer, but following the rains through the winter, come to life for a short while, until the hot Mediterranean sun dries it out again. Paralimni is a popular tourist resort, with a fulfilling shopping centre. Paralimni has an excellent choice of modern cafes and bars along with restaurants and taverns. There is an excellent choice of large supermarkets which is ideal for those self catering holidays.
With a new national bus service in Cyprus, you can travel to the nearest beach or resort for 1 Euro, even as far as Larnaca for 2 Euro return fair (the fair are correct at the time of writing this add, but may change ) , so you’re not tied to Paralimni area.

Cyprus Airways, Ryan Air, Easy Jet, Monarch, all fly into Larnaca Airport, which is a 45 minute drive by Taxi/ Airport transfer, (which Can be arranged) or hire car, Hertz car rental, Eurocar and many others. Drive east towards Agia Napa and then follow signs for Protaras & Paralimni.
