Santa Marina B12 is a brand new luxury 2 bedroomed apartment, ideal for couples and families, situated on a quiet complex with communal pool, landscaped gardens, covered parking and elevator. It is located between the towns of Kapparis and Paralimni, just a few minutes from some of the best beaches Southern Cyprus has to offer, restaurants, tavernas and supermarkets.
The apartment is spacious, bright and airy and benefits from a balcony and a huge secluded veranda, perfect for dining al fresco, sun bathing or simply admiring the panoramic sea and Famagusta views. Inside, the apartment is furnished to a very high standard, with quality leather sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, washing machine, oven/hob, microwave, fridge freezer, hair dryer and steam iron.
The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning, ceiling fans, black out blinds to the bedrooms, fly screens to all main rooms and smoke detectors for your safety.

The Famagusta District
Southern Cyprus enjoys an enviable climate with an estimated 340 days of sunshine in the year. The best beaches on the island are to be found in this area. Many have been awarded the 'Blue Flag' and with their gently shelving fine white sand and beautifully calm clear water they are ideal for familites with small children. The area boasts an extensive selection of watersports and is excellent for snorkelling and scuba diving. For a complete contrast to the beach, you can venture into the Troodos mountains with its gorgeous villages and cool mountain air. Alternatively you may like to visit the capital Nicosia for some great shopping or a visit to the Cyprus Museum. This area of Cyprus pretty much has everything you need for a perfect holiday.
Paralimni area
The apartment is located in quiet residential area of Paralimni and overlooks Famagusta Bay. An excellent bakery, that is open 24/7 and stocks many other essential food items, is a short walk away. The town centre of Paralimni (known as the village) is about a kilometre away and offers a combination of traditional tavernas, cafes, bars and shops.
Closer to the apartment is the quiet resort of Kapparis, where you will find a number of excellent restaurants, bars, including typical English bars showing sport, and a supermarket. Close by is the Famagusta viewpoint, museum and small zoo.
The nearest beach, Fireman's Beach is about a kilometre away, or 2 minute drive and is a beautiful sheltered cove with lovely clear blue water. A short car ride away brings you to the resorts of Pernera and Protaras which boast some of the best beaches (Fig Tree Bay), fantastic water sports, boat trips, water park and a varied nightlife.
A little further down the coast is the resort of Ayia Napa with its beautiful golden beaches, picturesque harbour and famous nightlife. Other nearby attractions include the Nature Reserve at Cape Greco, museums and monastries.
How to get there
Fly to Larnaca - Santa Marina is a 45 minute, mostly motorway, drive from the airport. Flying into Paphos is an alternative as the drive to the apartment only takes about 2 and a half hours and gives you an opportunity to see more of this beautiful island.
