Paralimni area
Anatoli meaning east in Greek, is located between Paralimni and Kapparis, within a reasonable walking distance to the closest supermarket.
This property is not far from the main road where you can catch the local bus, which in one direction will take you into the Municipal town of Paralimni where you can experience a day out shopping at the many and varied boutiques, cafes and explore the 13th Century historical church, which is now a small museum.
In the other direction, you will encounter the holiday resort of Protaras where the well renowned Fig Tree Bay is located with its beautiful stretch of sandy beach and crystal clear water. A short drive from Protaras, you will encounter the town of Ayia Napa with its non stop entertaining nightlife and the world famous Water World Water Park that cater for all ages.

This floor consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with separate additions of a guest WC and utility cupboard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities to create a meal, with a full fridge / freezer, gas hob, electric oven, extractor fan, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle, along with all the culinary equipment of pots, pans and utensils. A kitchen door gives direct access to the rear garden and offers a great view across to the swimming pool area and the back patio. A modern, wooden dining table with six chairs is comfortably situated between the kitchen and lounge area. The lounge area consists of a two piece lounge suite in a warm and inviting hue of burnt orange. One of the sofas can be converted into a bed for two persons. A TV is provided for your enjoyment.
First Floor:
The two bedrooms and bathroom are located on this floor. The family, blue and cream tiled bathroom is situated to the front of the house with a shower over the bath. The double bedroom decorated in a minimalist style with cherry wood furniture and soft cream and white furnishings make this room feel bright and airy. An accompanying balcony offers views from the front of the house. The second bedroomalso with a minimalist decor of cherry wood furniture and cream furnishing, consist of twin beds. The bedroom window offers fantastic views of the back patio and the large well maintained swimming pool area with its traditional Cypriot windmill and olive tree.
Further details outdoors: The rear patio is in a privately gated area, which opens directly onto the communal pool sun bathing area. The large and well maintained communal pool is situated in the centre area of the complex offering privacy from the road and a quiet setting to enjoyment a refreshing swim. A wooden pergola is provided for shade, nestled next to a traditional windmill that are prominent in the area. Full use of three pool showers and a foot tap to rinse off with. A small and shallower swimming pool is also provided, situated next to the main swimming pool, ideal for small children.

A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
