The NEW caravan is located on a child and pet friendly site on the edge of Par in Cornwall. The beach is only 2 minutes walk away.
The caravan now has an outside storage shed, so if you have brought the children's bikes with you, you can lock them away, (padlocked), so you don't have to take them with you.
A patio set is also in the storage shed, so that you can eat al-fresco, or when it is really hot, you can sit under the shade of the tree.
There is a nature reserve also by the park, where different types of birds can be seen, and you can feed the ducks and swans.
The village of Par is a few minutes drive away, or a few minutes walking via the footpaths, where there are the usual array of shops. About 10 - 15 minutes away by car is the Eden project with its Biomes, always is worth a visit. The town of St Austell is about 20 minutes away, The park is ideally located for many of Cornwalls attractions for a family day out.
When you enter the road leading to the park,. you will pass the Ship Inn, this has a beer garden so you can take the children and the dog. The food is good, and there is a good selection of beers/ales/wines and soft drinks, and you do not need to worry about driving back to the caravan, as it is only a 10 minute walk.
The caravan has a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, a double and a twin bedroom. There is also a fitted shower room, there is a digital television with the "freeview" channels, a cd/radio player.

If you wish to eat out, there is a pub at the entrance, (where you drove in), this is a good pub with good food and a good variety of beers/ales/wines and soft drinks There is a beer garden, and a small garden for the children. You can also bring your dog(s)
There is also an indian restaurant almost opposite.
How to get there
It is simple to get to Par Sands.
Follow the A30 heading South West
At the Innis Downs roundabout, signposted for St Austell, take the first exit onto the A391, and follw the signs for St Austell. Continue on the A391 until Traffic lights, turn left onto the A390 following the signs Fowey. Contiune towards Fowey until you see the sign post for Par Sands Holiday Park on your right at the Ship Inn
Your SAT NAV Type PL24 2AS into your SAT NAV and ittakes you to the road above the park. Carry on past your destination point where you will see the sign post for Par Sands Holiday Park and The Ship Inn on your right hand side. Turn right onto the Beach road and continue past the wildlife lake. You will then see Par Sands Reception on your right hand side.

The bookings are handled by the staff at the reception centre at Par Sands Holiday Park. Ask to book 'C19'. They will be able to handle all your requirements.
Conditions
A well-behaved dog is allowed, and the owners must clean up behind them, there are facilites on site. Strictly no smoking in the caravan Duvets are provided for each of the beds, but undersheets etc can be hired when you are booking, or bring your own.
