This is a beautiful location and an ideal family holiday let. To the ground floor there is a entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor a WC, lounge, kitchen and dining room leading to a conservatory. The first floor has 3 bedrooms 1double 1 twin and 1 single, a bathroom and the master bedroom has an en suite. It has a private garden where you can enjoy BBQs and quiet moments. The property also has central heating.
This house is situated in Par, just 1km from the Eden Project and the local Beach with several other tourist attractions nearby.

The West Country is a beautiful area to relax with outstanding country and costal walks, cycle routes great tourist attraction including the Eden Project, Wheal Martyn China Clay Museum, stunning walks along Luxulyan Valley. The area is know for the best surfing in England with Newquay being a close tourist attraction.
Par area
Coast View is situated 1 and a half miles from the Eden Project 2 miles from the main town St Austell, enjoys beautiful sandy beaches at Par Sands 2 miles away and Carlyon Bay Beach 3 miles away. Charlestown habour is a great tourist attraction which is 4 miles from away. Coast View is a few mintues walk to the local shop/post office, supermarket, cafe, hair salons, Four Lords Pub, local fish and chip shop and chinese takeaway shop. There is a local indoor market thought to be the largest in the country which is a quarter of a mile walk.

The local Par train Station is just 15 mins walk away, there is an airport nearby in Newquay and there are regular buses.
