CHARMING CABIN SET IN A QUIET SETTING WITH VIEWS OF THE LUXULYAN VALLEY. SLEEPS 2+2

This cabin is individually located and offers the perfect spot for rest and relaxation. It is quietly nestled on its hillside location and enjoys views over the World Heritage Site of the Luxulyan Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with its unique network of waterside walks.
Located within 7 acres of meadows and traditional broadleaf woodland with abundant wildlife and private woodland walk. The cabin lies 1 mile from Cornwall's premier attraction The Eden Project. In addition there is the Saints Way Pilgrim Trail and close by are The Lost Gardens of Heligan, numerous National Trust properties and gardens, The Tate Gallery at St Ives and much more. A 5 minute drive leads you to Cornwall's south coast which offers a taste of the 'real' Cornwall, its beaches, secluded coves and picturesque fishing villages such as Looe, Polperro and Mevagissey. For something different, why not take a stroll or the cycle route to the village of Luxulyan and take the local train from the request stop to Newquay or we not try your hand at fishing only 2 miles away.
This well-furnished and equipped property offers 2 sleeping options. ONE bedroom: zip-and-link double upstairs (which can be a twin by arrangement, with reduced headroom) and is approached via a permanent wooden ladder. Shower room: situated downstairs with shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with sofa bed, TV, DVD, Freeview, hi-fi and woodburner (first basket of logs provided). Kitchen: with cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. Outside: lovely veranda and integral garden, for relaxation, with BBQ and views over the woods. Amenities: parking for 1 car located a short level walk from the cabin. Bed linen, towels, electric and gas included. Electric heater. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: there is a surcharge for additional guests payable direct to the owner on arrival. 2 single person kayaks available for hire direct from the owner Regret no washing machine. Location: beach 3 miles, shop and pub 1.5 miles.
