New Oak kitchen with granite work tops and a 5 oven large Aga style range. American Fridge Freezer with ice and water dispenser. Separate utility area. Slate floors. Downstairs there is a hallway with a slate floor and three en suite bedrooms. Additional "snug" adjacent to master bedroom with terrace accessed through the patio doors.
Approximately 5 minutes drive to The Eden Project and a few minutes' drive from the South Coast of Cornwall.

The property has furnishings of a very high standard with comfortable Laura Ashley sofas and chairs. The beds are of a good quality with memory foam toppers. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. There is an Amdega Conservatory which is a wonderful sun trap, leading out on to the back garden with its BBQ and furniture for outdoor dining.

Large garden adjacent to fields where horses often graze. An ideal location for pets with wonderful woodland walks from the property.

There is a charge for well behaved pets at £30 per pet per week. The property is not ideal for toddlers - please email or telephone to discuss.
Conditions
A deposit of 50% is payable on booking and the balance is due four weeks before your holiday. Bank transfers are acceptable or cheques.
The West Country / Cornwall region
Beautiful, coastal area of Cornwall close to the ancient stannary town of Lostwithiel with its many shops, cafes, pubs and its well renowned antique shops. Nice river walks.
The Par / Penpillick area
The well kown sailing town of Fowey is approximately 10 minutes drive with its famous annual Regatta in August each year. There is a wealth of picturesque shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. There is also a small beach at Readymoney Cove.
The Eden Project is close to the property and a little further away are the Lost Gardens of Heligan. The spectacular beaches of the North Coast are not far by car.

Pets are welcome at £30 per pet per week. Payment accepted in British Pounds or Euros. 50% deposit is required on booking with the balance due four weeks before your holiday start. Discounts may be available for 2 people out of season. A damage deposit of £150 is payable with final payment. Will be returned once the Housekeeper has checked that the property is left in a clean, undamaged state.
Saturday to Saturday bookings are available for October, November and December.
