Home description

Villa Dias is a chic and stylish villa located in the exclusive Kamares Village situated in Tala. The Villa has been furnished by an interior designer and boasts a private pool, lovely sea views, a four poster bed in the master bedroom, and all the things you need to keep the children entertained whilst you relax. The villa comes with board games, a PlayStation, Satellite TV, DVD catalogue, and a 'Media Station' with all the latest movies and music. There is a spacious open plan living/dining area with fireplace opening onto the balcony which overlooks the pool and views of the sea and valley below. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.

The master double bedroom with four poster bed is on the ground floor, has en-suite facilities and patio doors leading to the pool terrace. Two further double bedrooms (one with king size double bed and the other with twin beds) share another sea-view balcony, and are located on the upper floor, along with a large family bathroom. The washing machine and tumble dryer are also located on the upper floor.

All the rooms in the house have Air-Conditioning units and ceiling fans for the hot summer months.

The Kitchen is very well equipped with an Oven and hob, Fridge/freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Iron and Ironing board, breakfast bar and stools, and plenty of cooking utensils and Cutlery.

The Paphos District

The Villa is just a few minutes from several tavernas and restaurants and the Kamares Club which has a bar, restaurant, tennis courts, large pool, and cold store. The villa is 2 minutes drive from the centre of the lovely traditional village of Tala, which has several Tavernas/Restaurants and 2 x Grocers shops all with a 'local feel'. Kamares Village in Tala is a prestigious residential area which has the great benefit of cooler, less humid air during the hot summer months. Due to its elevated position there are spectacular views down to the coastline around Paphos and Coral Bay. A 15 minute drive will take you to Kato Paphos which is steeped in history, here you will find the pretty harbour, medieval fort, restaurants, bars, shops and lively nightlife.


Paphos / Tala area

Paphos is listed as a World Heritage Site with Third Century Mosaics, and the Tombs of the Kings. From Tala you can easily drive to the Akamas Peninsular, and the Troodos Mountains, where you can explore Kykkos Monastery and several wineries producing local Cypriot wines.

The 12th Century Monastery of St Neophytos is only a 5 minute drive from the Villa

For those interested in Golf then nearby Tsada offers an 18 hole Golf Course, with a further two courses within a 30 minute drive

Paphos has a great Waterpark, fun activities like Crazy Golf and Go-Karting, and is an ideal place to keep the children entertained. It also has several stylish restaurants and can provide either an authentic Cyprus experience or cater for fine dining aswell.

A large patio area with pergola and baboo shades overlooks the private 8m x 4m pool, and is perfect for watching the sun set over the sea with a glass of wine. The pool is equipped with an outdoor shower and several sun loungers and parasols etc. There is also a large traditional stone BBQ and clay oven built into the wall beside the patio. Below the pool is another small garden with beautiful flowers, shrub's, olive tree etc..

There is a private parking for 1 car.


Further details

The property is managed by a British couple who live nearby, and will clean the pool and do the garden twice a week. They will also clean the Villa prior to your arrival.

Our property managers can meet you at the villa upon your arrival, and can be contacted during your stay if you require further help.

We can arrange Car Hire if you require this, and have left a number of brochures detailing all the tourist attractions and venues you may wish to visit during your holiday.

All prices are per week. There is a 10% Discount for 2nd week booked for 2 week holidays. Bed linen and Bathroom and Beach Towels are provided. 25% (Non refundable) deposit is required with your booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.

A security deposit of £150.00 must be paid in advance before your arrival. This will be refunded once the key has been returned and the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage, or excessive final cleaning.
