The villa is an ideal base for a family or group of friends to explore this beautiful part of Cyprus or to just relax by the pool and unwind. The Paphos District
Cyprus is a wonderful island of contrasts, boasting Greek Temples, Roman Mosaics and 15th Century Frescoes as well as enjoying year round sunshine. Where else could you ski in the morning and then be sunning yourself by the pool or on the beach in the afternoon? Paphos / Tremithousa area
Tremithousa is a very small, quiet village in St Georges Hills behind Paphos and the Villa is situated in a child-friendly Cul-De-Sac development of 12 Villas. The village has two bars, one doubling up as the Town Hall, and an Organic Co-operative selling local wine and produce. Further afield are large Hypermarkets, shops and bars. Paphos and Kato Paphos are 10 minutes away where you can eat in restaurants by the picturesque harbor or enjoy Bar Street, the nightlife area of the Town. The stunning sandy beaches of Coral Bay are also 10 minutes away, with many more accessible along the coast. Water Parks, Museums, and a Zoo are close by to amuse both the children and adults.

£200 refundable deposit. With regards to booking deposits, we advise that if the booking is made prior to 8 weeks of the commencing date of your holiday we take a 25% non-refundable booking fee. Thereafter, the rest is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. However, if the clients book within the 8 weeks of the arrival date, we take full payment due. Payment by PayPal, cheque or e-cheque. Air-con is charged at €5 per air-con unit per day and can be paid locally.
