Each villa comes with 3 en-suite bedrooms (comfortably sleeping 6-7 people), a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances/utensils and a private outdoor BBQ area, making it an ideal choice for great family holidays. Why not unwind with our state of the art plasma TV with DVD and music player. It is fully air conditioned and for cooler months there is also central heating. The modern comfortable sofas can be used as beds if required. Furnished to 5* star standard, including incoming telephone facility, satellite TV and Wi-fi (wireless internet) at NO extra cost.

Perfectly located, the villas overlook the valley with breath taking views of the ocean (enjoy perfect sunsets over the sea every evening), yet close to luxurious golfing and spa facilities.

The Paphos District

Mediterranean type of climate with mild, wet winters (minimum mean daily temperature 5° C), and hot, dry summers (maximum mean daily temperature 36° C). Cyprus enjoys on average 320 warm and sunny days a year.
With an area of 9.251 sq.km, Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean after Sicily and Sardinia. It is situated in the far eastern basin of the Mediterranean, at the crossroads of Europe, Africa and Asia. Cyprus is 65 km south of Turkey, 96 km west of Syria, 385 km north of Egypt and 328 km west of Israel. The villas are only 14KM from Paphos airport which is serviced by Cyprus Airways and Easy Jet from Gatwick Airport.
