This beautiful beach palace !! set in a delightful, secluded area called Rodafinia on the outskirts of Chloracas Village. The quiet landscaped surroundings, the endless sea view from Coral Bay coast to Paphos Harbour and the proximity to the beach makes it easy for any visitor to enjoy the rugged beauty of this region to the full.
Set only 30 meters from the beach, well furnished with 3 floors. This villa consists of 9 bedrooms, sleeping 18 persons. The semi-ground floor consists of 5 x twin bedrooms with shower rooms ,mini kithchen and loungesThe ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with TV (local channels only), DVD Player and Stereo CD Player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and a large dining table. On the Ground floor is one of our bdrs ,en suite with large veranda A guest cloakroom is also located on this level. On the first floor you will find 1 x double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 x further double bedroom, 1 x twin bedroom and 1 x full bathroom. All bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with air conditioning units all offered at free of charge.
The 9 metre x 4.5 metre private swimming pool has a built-in Jacuzzi feature, and sunbeds, umbrellas and a gas barbecue are provided. The villa has large verandas and a sun terrace on the roof , also roof BBQ available.

The villa located only few km from paphos historical park and the tombs of the kings, Coral bay is appx 8 km from the villa.
There is a bus service every half hour to coral bay or to paphos harbour and paphos market

There are many activties and attractions around the property and within the local area.
However during your stay it is very worthwhile visiting: Kato paphos historical park, paphos castle, aphrodites birthplace, the tomps of the kings, the baths of Aphrodite, Agios Neophytos Monastery, Akamas Peninsula.
coral bay village located 11 kilometres (15 minutes drive) to the north of Paphos
and 3 kilometres below the friendly, hillside village of Peyia is Coral Bay, the best natural beach in the area. This is an established resort with many villas above a wide curve of dark golden sand. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze, the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely and, in the busier months, water sports on offer include pedaloes, water skiing, banana boats, wetbikes and windsurfing.
Close by the Bay you will find four large hotels, banks, minimarkets for provisions and souvenirs, bars, restaurants and other shops. For casual alfresco meals, a couple of bars/snack bars overlooking the sea and a large restaurant in the next bay are open during the day. More tavernas and local shops are a short drive away. A perfect location for a casual seaside holiday with plenty to do and a European Blue Flag beach. This is also an excellent base for touring the Paphos area, with all it has to offer.
