The villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard both internally and externally. The downstairs is open plan, with a fully fitted kitchen, dining table and chairs for 6, a living room with 3 and 2 seater sofas, TV and DVD. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine and cupboards, a separate toilet and wash basin. Upstairs there is one master kingsize bedroom and en-suite shower and toilet , two twin bedrooms, with all rooms having floor to ceiling wardrobes and furniture, one main bathroom with overhead shower.

The Paphos District
Paphos is the second largest resort in Cyprus and has been built around the medieval port to the stage where it is now an established popular seaside resort. It also offers many places to eat and has some fine tavernas/restaurants and being on the coast has some authentic fish dishes and local cuisine.
During your stay there are various areas of interest that Paphos has to offer. From the Paphos Medieval Fort, the Tombs of the Kings, The Venus Rock and the Baths of Aphrodite, there is much history in the area to enjoy. There are also many churches and museums to visit. Kato Paphos, around the harbour area offers a variety of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. There is also a weekly covered market in Paphos town centre. If the weather is too hot we recommend visiting the Paphos Aphrodite water park as the perfect place to cool down and have some great fun.
Paphos / Tremithousa area
The village of Tremithousa is a rural community 5km from the centre of Paphos and 1km from the main Paphos to Polis road. It is a typical small Cypriot village with a pretty church, bank, mini market, hairdresser, florist and organic greengrocer. Local restaurant and other amenities.
Tremithousa is well placed to take advantage of the many modern and cultural amenities available in Paphos together with thos in the surrounding villages including Tala, Tsada, Mesogi, and Nefytos Monastry. The villiage is a 20 minute drive from Paphos Airport and a similar distance to the three main golf courses on the Island at Secret Valley, Aphordite Hills and Tsada. The beautiful Northern town of Polis and the neighbouring village of Latchi with its pretty harbour and wide variety of restaurants are only a 30km drive away through unspoilt countryside.

Conditions
We take a 30% deposit at time of booking with the balance paid 8 weeks before arrival. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival full payment will have to be made.
Our Cancellation Policy is as follows: If you wish to cancel your booking after the contract has been entered into, you must notify us in writing. Date of cancellation will be accepted as the date of the post marked letter. The cancellation charges will be as follows:
