This impressive modern villa offers spacious comfortable accommodation with a huge open plan living space, enjoying a tremendous amount of light from the extra wide patio doors facing the sea! There is a sitting area, formal dining table and large kitchen off the corner. The villas has 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities and in addition there are 2 single size fold out beds so the villa can sleep 8 peole (plus a cot). The master bedroom is a double with en-suite shower. Plus you have 2 twin bedrooms (2 single beds) one with a bath, the other with a shower en-suite. The villa has air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms.

The Paphos District
Situated in a quiet & peaceful location, up away from Coral Bay whilst just 2 minutes in the car to the shops, restaurants, beach etc. This fortunate position has been named 'Marina Ridge' over looking the coast where a new Marina is planned. Paphos is 10/12 minutes drive and the airport 20/25 minutes.

There are many tourist facilities in the Paphos region, including a water park, go-karts, horse riding, bowling, cinema, bird & reptile park, 3 golf courses, mini golf, water sports, hiking, jeep safaris, to mention a few…
The Troodos Mountains are a manageable drive and stunning day out, Polis and Latchi are within half an hour and worth a visit. Paphos International Airport is approximately 25 minutes by car.
