This luxury air-conditioned, ground floor apartment is situated in Anarita Valley, an extensively landscaped and maintained complex, set in a gently sloping valley located in the traditional Cypriot village of Anarita.
Quiet and peaceful yet only 5 minutes from the airport and a 10 minute drive to Paphos, the apartment has easy access to all amenities including several excellent tavernas, a supermarket and local shops.
Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace and small garden overlooking one of the two pools, each featuring a central waterfall and jacuzzi. Sun loungers, parasols, poolside showers and changing rooms/toilets are also available for the sole use of residents. Equipped to an exceptionally high standard the apartment can accommodate up to four people (master bedroom and sofa bed) comfortably and is ideal for couples or small families.

The Paphos District
Paphos, a World Heritage site is situated in the western peninsular of the Island of Cyprus. This all year resort boasts an average of 340 days of sunshine a year and vitally zero rainfall from April to November. Winter temperatures range from 16 - 20 degrees making the island an ideal destination for summer and winter holidays. English is widely spoken and cars are driven on the left as in the UK.
The Paphos district offers plenty of activities for both young and old ranging from sandy beaches and watersports, golf, lively bars, numerous restaurants and sites of archaeological interest. The Troodos Mountains (60 min. drive) offer hiking, nature trails, mountain biking and skiing (winter months www.cyprusski.com).
There are daily Jeep safaris to the Akamas National Park to see 'turtle beach' where the protected Greenback Turtles lay their eggs, the Akamas Gorges, Adonis Falls and the Sea Caves (45 min drive). Daily boat and fishing trips run from the picturesque harbour of Paphos all year.
Paphos / Anarita area
Anarita, a traditional Cypriot village, is situated in a picturesque valley only a 5 minute drive from Paphos International Airport and a few minutes drive to two international standard golf courses. The local beach of Timi is only a 5 minute drive and the beaches of Paphos offering watersports such as paragliding, windsurfing and jetskis are only a 10 minute drive.
Ancient Roman and Greek archaeological sites are plentiful around Paphos and the legendary Aphrodites Rock and the ancient site of the Kourion are nearby. For those seeking traditional Cypriot food and hospitality there are a few tavernas in the village with one offering a Kleftico night every Friday. Nearby Paphos has numerous restaurants, lively bars and clubs.
GOLF There are two international standard golf courses within a 5 minute drive of Anarita. Aphrodite Hills is a par 71 course situated on two plateaux 300m high overlooking the Mediterranean sea and the legendary Aphrodites Rock. There is also a swimming pool and spa offering various pampering treatments (daily charge applies).
