The Paphos District
Paphos Town is less than 20 minutes drive away, whether you take the coastal route or drive through the suburbs. There is plenty to see and do in and around the town, whether it is shopping, dining, visiting old Roman ruins or splashing around with the children at the Aphrodite Water park and even racing around the Go-cart track. Our Golf courses are also worth considering with three to choose from all between 25 to 45 minutes drive away.
What is there to do in Paphos?
=== Paphos Fort === The small fort at the end of Paphos harbour was first built in the 13th century. Destroyed by the Turks & then rebuilt by the Ottomans.
=== Tomb of the Kings === The Tombs of the Kings is a large necropolis located just over a mile north-west of Paphos harbour in Cyprus. Archaeological excavations are still being carried out at the site. The tombs are cut into the native rock, and at times imitated the houses of the living.
Alternatively due to the great history this Island has experienced you may care for a visit to the Local Museum or a visit to the 3rd century BC Tombs of the Kings and the House of Dionysos with its perfectly preserved mosaics.
=== Paphos Bird Park === The project started with Mr Christos Christoforou's love of Birds & Wildlife. The Park was originally going to be for Mr Christoforou's private use to house his enormous private collection of Birds, but he decided to open the Park for the public, so that they may also enjoy the splendours of his private collection & it also being a unique park in Cyprus. Mr Christoforou's other aim was to educate the local community about the importance of caring & conserving all bird & animal life. The Park took 3 years to complete & it was finally open to the public in September 2003.
Paphos / Kissonerga area
The renowned Coral Bay Beach is a 10 minute drive away. It features all the amenities from beachside bars to water sports. The Villa is within a short drive to the "hub” of Coral Bay with a choice of gift shops, bars, restaurants, small supermarkets and banks . Closer to home is the Village of Kissonerga, with a few restaurants and traditional Cypriot Coffee Shops where the local retired gentlemen while away their hours. The Village of Peyia has a very good choice of local and traditional taverans with very good food served; several Banks and local Supermarkets too, alternatively head into the main town of Paphos and enjoy the bustle Cypriot Style. Kato Paphos with its historical harbour which was first built in the 13th century, plenty of local restaurants as well as a visit to the ‘Old Town’ of Paphos with its choice of shops and traditional markets. There is a Water park in Kato Paphos, Paintballing, Two Go-Cart Racetracks and Plenty of Water sport Activities throughout Paphos for all to enjoy.
Sunny Cyprus boasts virtually 340 days of warm sunshine and rich history dating back several centuries. There is plenty to see and do from travelling to the Troodos Mountains, cool and refreshing in the hot summer days as you travel thru the pine forests to discover old, quaint traditional villages and back down again passing wineries and reaching the lovely fishing port of Latchi with a generous choice of harbour restaurants.

Further details indoors: This Villa has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 plus a cot for the new addition to the family!
The villa's large bedrooms consist of 2 double bedrooms both with the main bedroom boasting en suite facilities and the further 2 twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. One of the double bedrooms is located on the ground floor where there is also a separate cloakroom and shower facilities. The ground floor bedroom has direct access to the pool area through patio doors.
A wide balcony runs the full length of the upstairs which can be accessed directly from two of the three upstairs bedrooms leading off to the balcony with stunning views of the Mediterranean and to enjoy the pleasure of warm and romantic sunsets as the early evening sets in. There is a large open plan living and dining area and a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen.
The generous sized landing also boasts a comfortable sofa for quiet, cool reading or relaxing "me" time.
There is a breakfast bar with additional bar seating.
