Quite and peaceful, yet only 10 minutes away from the larger town of Paphos which includes the famous Bar street, plenty of shops and restaurants including department stores such as Debanhams and Next.
Leading from the open planned Living and Dining room is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine in the fresh air. With two double and one twin bedroom, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
The apartment benefits from a communal pool (Shared by only a few) with a separate toddlers pool.

The Paphos District
Cyprus is a beautiful island with year round sunshine and many places of interest such as the tomb of kings and the birthplace of the god of love, Aphrodite.
There are lots of action packed activities in Paphos including a water park, mini golf, go karting, sea fishing, snorkelling amongst others. English is widely spoken in Cyprus and Cypriots also drive on the right as in the UK.
Paphos / Konia area
Konia village is a small traditional Cypriot village unspoilt by tourism and is only a 5 minute walk away. You will find local tavernas, mini markets and local cuisine. The larger town of Paphos is only a 5 minute drive away and has plenty of shops and restaurants including department stores such as Debenhams and Next.
A large supermarket can be found in the Paphos Mall. Also the Troodos mountain are within 30mins driving in the winter months you can ski and the summer months you can go mountain biking.
How to get there
To get to Paphos you have a choice of airports. The easiest option to get to resort is to fly to Paphos international airport (aprox 20 minute drive) but there is also the option to fly to Larnaca which is approx 50km away with a straight motorway run.
Fly to Paphos- Konia Village is just 13km from the airport.
Cheap flights available from Easyjet.co.uk and Travelrepublic.co.uk from most UK airports. Car Hire available from Hertz.co.uk and Aviscar hire.co.uk.
Local buses run regularly between airport and Paphos town.There are always local taxi's available- Fare should be no more that 25 euro.

Further details indoors: The apartment is on the first floor with shared entrance, double glazing, and parking available for one car. All rooms are fully air-conditioned which can also be set to heat mode (not that you will need it!).
This apartment is ideal for families and couples. No pets allowed. Smoking would be greatly appreciated outside.
All towels and Linen provided (please bring own towels for pool and beach). Cleaning is carried out on a weekly basis, additional cleaning available on request (extra charge).
Further details outdoors: The communal pool area consists of a 6 x 12m pool and a small children's paddling pool. It is surrounded by a landscaped garden and has outside toilet/changing facilities and poolside showers.

Conditions
20% of total cost to secure booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Deposits are non refundable. There is also a £100 key holder deposit which will be returned after property inspection.
