The 2nd floor has 1double bedroom with a sun terrace & 1 twin room both with fitted wardrobes. A bath/shower room. Downstairs has a shower room with w.c. All rooms are air conditioned. The living room has a sofa bed, flat screen t.v with sky, DVD & mini HiFi.

If the booking is made within the 8 weeks of the letting the whole of the payment is required,together with the security deposit.
If the booking is made prior to 8 weeks of the letting a deposit of 25% is required.THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE.
The remainder of the rental balance & the security deposit of £150 is then due 8 weeks prior to the letting.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or post.
Cancellations within 6 weeks of the holiday the full payment is non refundable.
If however we can re let your week we will return your payment including deposit in full.
The security deposit will be refunded in full.
Holiday lettings are by the week from 3pm on the day of arrival until 12pm on the day of departure.
Please insure you have adequate holiday insurance including cancellation clause.
