This large self catering apartment has three double bedrooms with en-suite to master bedroom, family bathroom & separate WC. It has a large open plan living area combining dining and kitchen area, with two large patio doors leading to spacious covered veranda.
The Communal area has a large (6 x 12) swimming pool (Shared by only a few) with a child's pool, external showers and changing rooms. The small complex is only 10 minutes from the town of Paphos.

The Paphos District
Konia village is almost a suburb of Paphos being less than a ten minute drive from its centre. It is a charming area which offers a warm welcome to everyone. Those looking for peace and relaxation away from crowded tourist resorts will not be disappointed. Konia is perfectly placed for exploring the historic town of Paphos and also the many important and interesting archaeological sites in the region. These include the medieval Fort near the harbor in Paphos, the Roman amphitheatre, the Venus Rock and the Baths of Aphrodite, the Tombs of the Kings as well as a number of interesting churches and museums.
Paphos / Konia area
Konia is also near some of the best beaches on the island which offer a wide range of water sports including jet skiing and Para-gliding. The water here is so clear that scuba diving and snorkelling are very popular sports. Paphos also has an excellent water park with many exciting slides and flumes offering fun for all the family.
Golfers will be delighted with the choice of three eighteen hole golf courses in the vicinity which play to a par of seventy two. For those who take a delight in the past, or who just want to relax by a pool or on a beach, Konia is the perfect holiday. It combines wonderful sunshine with glorious beaches in an area scattered with ancient ruins of towns, tombs and monuments.
Konia night life is very low-key which matters little if you are looking for lively venues as, only a short distance away, is Paphos, with its vibrant bars and clubs providing entertainment until the early hours of the morning. However if you are looking for a quiet drink or meal in a very friendly atmosphere then Konia is your place with its charming and traditional tarvenas.

Further details outdoors: The communal pool area consists of a 6 x 12m pool and a small children's paddling pool. It is surrounded by a landscaped garden and has outside toilet/changing facilities and poolside showers.
