Luxury apartment, immaculate throughout, very spacious and tastefully recently refurnished to a very high standard. Apartment comprises of a large air-conditioned living/dining room, with large 3 seater and two seater sofas, a dining table and 6 chairs, the luxury sofa bed can sleep an additional two, with space also for a single pull out bed.
This area leads onto a large half covered balcony that is furnished with a table and chairs and 2 private sun loungers.

The Paphos District

Coast/Beach
10 minutes walk to several European Blue Flag beaches.
with various water sports facilities, with the nearest beingat the sea front in paphos near Alexander the Great Hotel.
Beach at Coral Bay and Vardis beach with its golden sands is 10 mins by Local Bus. The lengendary Aphrodites Rock At Petra Rominou 20 mins.

Golf
3 top quality 18 hole courses within easy driving distance are open all year round. Tsada- par 72- In unique and stunning scenery, perched 1800 ft into the foothills of the Troodos Mountains. Secet valley-par 72 Hidden from view amidst dramatic sculptural rock formations. Aphrodite-par 71- On two high plateaus with stunning views of the sea, with excellent clubhouse.

Skiing
Skiing is usually available between January and March in the Troodos Mountains at Mount Olympus, one hours drive from Paphos. A small resort, there are 4 ski lifts and several cafes/restaurants.


Paphos / Kato area

Situated 2 miles south of Paphos town, Kato Paphos was an important port during the 4th Century BC. The whole area is scattered with remains of the past and is an archaeological paradise for any visitor. The tourist area of Kato Paphos stretches along a shoreline boulevard from the large hotels to the east of the resort to the harbour, and then from the harbour along the coast on the Kings Road to the Tomb of the Kings. The distance from one end to the other takes just over an hour to walk, which has resulted in the formation of two distinguishable tourist areas namely the harbour area and the Tomb of the Kings area.

The delightful harbour and medieval fort of Paphos are approx 20 mins walk from the apartment. The picturesque trails of Troodos Mountains or the rugged beauty of the Akamas Peninsular are 60 mins drive. Limassol, the largest seaside resort is an hours drive. Nicosia, the capital lies at the centre of Cyprus & Larnaca are both approx 2 hrs drive away. Trips can be arranged by the tourist Information Office to Egypt, Rhodes and Symi.

How to get there

Paphos airport is just 15 mins drive from Paradise 1. Taxis costs approx £25. Car hire is not essential but recommended if you want to explore more of Cyprus. You can hire at the airport but to be sure of a car it is best to book prior to your trip. There is private undercover parking as well as parking areas outside the apartment complex.

Towels (not beach towels) and linen is included. Towels and linen changed if bookings are over 7 days. Cleaning prior to arrival and on departure.

Bookings over phone/fax/e-mail,25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking, if your booking is made within 12 weeks or less from your departure date it must be accompanied by full payment,your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of your payment, payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque.Balance to be paid 12weeks prior to hire,an extra £100 cheque is required with final payment to cover any damage/breakages, this will be refunded 14 days after departure subject to audit.
