Our newly restored single-storey villa is set in a peaceful, residential cul-de-sac providing a westerly view of the Med with lovely sunsets most evenings.It is only a few mins by car to the small villages of Tala and Stefanie which have a great choice of eating-places, and 10 mins from banks, large supermarkets and other facilities.The beaches of Paphos and Coral Bay are only 15 mins drive away. Villa Marianna has a large open-plan lounge, dining area, breakfast bar and excellently equipped Italian granite kitchen. The master bedroom is spacious with a four-poster king-size bed plus extra single bed. It has an en-suite bathroom comprising of a bath, shower, wc, bidet and wash-basin. The 2nd bedroom has two extra-wide single beds. The 3rd bedroom is a children's bunk bedroom. The main bathroom comprising of bath, shower, wc and wash-basin is situated between these two bedrooms. The 4th bedroom has a king-size bed, and a separate shower room with wc and wash-basin. The 5th bedroom has an extra wide single bed and both the 4th and 5th bedrooms are situated away from the other bedrooms, making it ideal for friends or an extended family group. All 5 bedrooms have air conditioning units.

The Paphos District
Cyprus is said to enjoy more than 300 days of sunshine per year. English is widely spoken and understood. Life is slow-paced, and the crime rate is much lower than in most Western European countries.
Paphos / Tala area
Paphos was the capital of Cyprus in Roman times, and is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Kato Paphos, the harbour area of Paphos with its ruined fort, is a little south of the city, and contains several sites of archaeological interest, including the Catacombs of St Solomi, and some of the finest mosaic floors anywhere in the ancient Roman Empire. Within a short distance from Villa Marianna you will find many attractions including: Coral bay beach, St George fishing village, Agios Neofytos monastery, Lara Bay - a protected nature reserve famous for its hatching turtles, Aphrodite's rock and birthplace, Bird Park, Aquarium, Snake farm, scuba diving and watersports, boat trips, horse-riding, golf, bowling and cinemas, go-karting and snooker hall.
How to get there
Paphos airport, with scheduled and charter flights direct to Heathrow, Manchester and other UK airports, is only 25 mins away by car. Larnaca airport is approximately 2 hours drive away. Car-hire, from local and international firms, is easily arranged. Driving is UK-style on the left.

Further details indoors: The villa has both full air-conditioning and central heating. We have a cot, baby chair, baby bouncer, changing mat and steriliser at the villa.
Further details outdoors: Private 10m x 5m kidney-shaped illuminated and heated swimming pool with automatic filtration. Large patio furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers. Gas bar-b-que. Good sized garden surrounds the villa with a variety of local flowers, shrubs and fruit trees. The smell of Jasmine on summer evenings is a real pleasure.
Conditions
. Weekly linen and towel change included for stays of two weeks or more. Complimentary welcome pack. Air-conditioning charged locally on arrival at 5 Euros per day per unit if requested. Pool and central heating available in non-summer months by prior request. Oil charged locally as to how much is used.
