The villa offers a high standard of accommodation, is spacious and well arranged. The open plan lounge/diner features a TV, DVD, VCR and CD player and the dining table seats 6. The separate kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A separate guest cloakroom is located on this level which also houses the washing machine.
All three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master double bedroom has it's own en-suite shower room and the two twin bedded rooms share the full family bathroom. All bedrooms plus the living area are equipped with air-conditioning units, which are included in the price. Two hairdryers are also provided for guests use.
Outside, the 8 metre swimming pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces set with 6 sunbeds and featuring a poolside shower. A wooden pergola to the side offers shade, as does the covered terrace which is set with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The small but imaginative and colourful landscaped garden at the front adds to the appeal.

The Paphos District
Once the capital of Cyprus, Paphos has a history that dates back thousands of years. Modern Paphos is split into two parts, the upper part being the old town known locally as “Ktima” and the lower town by the coast known as ‘Kato Paphos’. The upper part of the town contains the main commercial centre, shops and modern museums. The lower part of the town contains most of the historic sites.
Paphos is rich in ancient and natural sites which is reflected in the fact that it is included in the UNESCO list of World Cultural Heritage Sites and many of these sites date back to the Roman ages.
Paphos / Coral Bay area
The villa is ideally located just 250 metres from the centre of Coral Bay , where you will find an extensive variety of tavernas, restaurants, bars and shops. The famous sandy beach at Coral Bay, less than 1 kilometre away, is one of the best in the area and honoured with the Blue Flag of the European Union. The hillside village of Peyia is approximately 5 minutes drive inland from the villa, and offers a small collection of traditional tavernas and coffee shops. The town of Paphos with it's Heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is within a 15 minute drive.
