The Paphos District
Located close to the coast in the village of Kissonerga, a handful of tavernas, cafes and a mini market are located within easy strolling distance of the villa. The traditional village of Kissonerga with its small selection of tavernas, coffee shops, a pharmacy and bank is set slightly inland from the coast and is within walking distance of the villa. A small cove is found within 500 metres of the villa whilst the lively resort and well known sandy beach of Coral Bay and the town and harbour area of Paphos are both within a 10 minute drive or alternatively accessed by the excellent local bus service.

Further details indoors: The ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area is comfortably furnished and entertainment is provided by the satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and stereo system. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a small dining table seating 6. Two twin bedrooms are located on the ground floor each with en suite shower rooms. A separate guest cloakroom is also located on this level.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms, both of which have en suite bathrooms, and each with a private balcony overlooking the pool area clear across to the sea. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and the living area*. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.
Further details outdoors: Plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas, tables and chairs are provided on the large verandah that surrounds the large 10m x 5m private swimming pool and a built in barbecue with outdoor sink provides the perfect opportunity for outdoor dining in those warm and peaceful summer evenings.

Conditions
Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor each with en suite facilites. As there are minimal steps from the ground floor to the pool terrace/gardens and the pool has walk in steps (with hand rail) this property is suitable for those with mobility difficulties but who are able to manage some steps. It is not suitable for those permanently confined to a wheelchair as there are no internal widened doorways, handrails in bathrooms etc
