Further details indoors: The villa is set over two levels and the open plan ground floor comprises of a living/dining/kitchen area. Entertainment is provided by the flatscreen TV (limited satellite channels) DVD player and CD Player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and the extendable wooden dining table can comfortably seat 8. A separate guest cloakroom is also located on this level.
The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The double bedroom has it's own spacious en-suite shower room and it's own private balcony overlooking the pool area. The two twin bedrooms share the full family bathroom. All three bedrooms and the living area are fitted with air conditioning units* for both cooling and heating. A safety deposit box is provided and a baby cot and highchair are also available.
Further details outdoors: Outside the 8 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and poolside shower. A portable BBQ has also been provided for outdoor dining during those warm summer months. A private gated driveway leads to a shady parking spot.
