Paphos / Kissonerga area
The village of Kissonerga with its small selection of tavernas, coffee shops, a pharmacy and bank are within walking distance of the villa and both the resort of Coral Bay and the town and harbour area of Paphos are within a 10 minute drive or alternatively accessed by the excellent local bus service.
Neighbouring villas are situated on a small private road and are ideal for the larger party wishing to holiday together. There is a reception building on site where friendly, helpful family members are happy to provide you with information and assistance during your stay. A small secluded cove is within 100 metres of the villas and a supermarket, bus stop and small selection of restaurants are within a few minutes stroll.

Further details indoors: The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. This villa is equipped with Satellite TV (limited channels) DVD player and hi-fi system. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and the dining table seats 6. The first of the twin bedded rooms with en-suite bathroom and a separate guest cloakroom are found on the ground floor. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom are located on the first floor. All bedrooms and the living area have air conditioning units* for both cooling and heating. A safety deposit box is provided and baby cots and high chairs are available upon request. This villa also enjoys wi-fi access, with internet facilities also available from the reception.
One twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom is located on the ground floor. As there are minimal steps from the ground floor to the pool terrace and the pool has walk in steps (with hand rail) this property is suitable for those with mobility difficulties but who are able to manage some steps. It is not suitable for those permanently confined to a wheelchair as there are no internal widened doorways, handrails in bathrooms etc.
Further details outdoors: The 8m x 4m private pool has both walk in steps and ladder access and is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace and well maintained lawned gardens equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. There is a built in BBQ and separate sink for summer dining al fresco under the shady terrace area outside the kitchen. This villa has its own private covered parking bay.
