Home description
Emba is a lovely quiet village very close to the coast, superb beaches & tourist hot spots. Our large 3 bedroom detached villa was finished last year and we have fantastic feedback from all our guests. The master bedroom has dressing area, en-suite and sea view balcony. Bedroom 2 is large and shares a balcony with the Master bedroom, with gorgeous sunset views. Bedroom 3 has 3 single beds. All rooms have A.C. This villa is absolutely perfect if you have small children, as we have added a pretty gated fence which can shut the pool area off, preventing any little ones wandering towards the pool & gives you added peace of mind! In addition we have a travel cot, booster chair and a toy chest full of books, puzzles, toys, dvds and more to hopefully keep everyone amused, if the pool isn't enough!

The Paphos District
Paphos is in the west of Cyprus and a fabulous area famed in history as the birth place of Aphrodite. A great year round destination with over 300 days of sun each year. You can explore the Troudos mountains and even ski in Dec/Jan/Feb and then be on the beach in the afternoon.
Paphos / Emba area
Emba is a popular village next to Paphos, Kissonerga and Chloraka. The coast is 3.5 km and Coral bay and it's beach, bars and restaurants is 6 mins by car. Paphos harbour is only 10 mins away. Aphorodite hills, Tsada and Secret valley golf are all within 20 mins drive. Emba is a really great base for your holiday, truly a "best of both worlds"
How to get there
There are a number of airlines - Easyjet, Cyprus Airways, BA that fly into Paphos most days. Monarch also operate a scheduled and charter service, with First Choice, Thomas Cook and Thomson also flying to Paphos. We can have a car supplied and waiting at the airport or jump in a taxi for a short drive taking 10-12 minutes to the villa which is in a lovely village just between Paphos, Kato paphos , Tomb of the Kings or Coral Bay, the site of some of the best beaches. All within 7 Km.

Further details indoors: There is a local fully equipped gym nearby should you be seeking such a facility. We can arrange a loan car which will be delivered to the airport to save you rental counter delays or we can arrange collection from the airport if you would prefer to find your bearings first!
On arrival we will ensure that you have some tea, coffee,milk & bread to keep you going until you get to the shops. The main supermarket where you will find everything including Waitrose branded bits is a 5 minute drive away.
Further details outdoors: We have a lovely large terrace area with a pretty gated fence, to prevent little ones wandering near the pool. The outside area is secluded and has 6 loungers plus a lovely seating area on the outside patio, perfect to sip those pre dinner cocktails! To the side of the villa we have a large wooden dining table, with 8 chairs and a large parasol. There is also a bbq should you fancy doing some outside cooking! Being in a village, the area is lovely and quiet.

We do ask our guests to check out by 11am, however, we are flexible in this regard subject to prior agreement. If we do have another booking going straight into the property we need to allow adequate time to have the villa turned around.

26th July - 8th August 2008 "Your visitors book is a great idea and we enjoyed reading all the other comments! As with the rest.... we've had a ball, too! Fabulous home from home villa with all mod cons. We have seen pretty much all this end of Cyprus and loved it all. We have eaten out loads - all good! Kids favourites being Fat Mamas and the local Village. We all agreed lazing by the pool was just as good as any visit although a visit to the Water Park and hiring a speedboat where highlights.
