Newly completed villa, one of only sixteen properties, with its own direct access to a large communal swimming pool, via private gated garden. This is a small exclusive development in the picturesque village of Konia, on the outskirts of vibrant Paphos. This location would be ideally suited for families or couples looking for a peaceful village location, but only 10 mins drive away from the airport or the centre of Pathos. Konia itself is ideally situated for those who wish to explore the many historical sites or enjoy walks in the surrounding countryside, blue flag beaches and golf courses that exist in the region. For those looking for a winter break the Troodos Mountains, which are only an hour's drive away offer skiing.

The Paphos District
Pathos has been inhabited since Neolithic times. It was the centre of the cult of Aphrodite. Aphrodite's legendary birthplace is just a short drive along the couast to the South East of Pathos. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses, tombs and mosaics in Pathos have resulted in UNESCO declaring site is of exceptional architectural and historic value.
Pathos offers numerous excursion opportunities to it's visitors, including boat trips, disco boats, visits to the beautiful Akamas peninsula, Aphrodite water park in Pathos, jeep safaris and coach trips to the Troodos mountains, fishing trips, traditional Cypriot hospitality nights. Many of the excursions of sold alongside the harbour front at Kato Pathos.
