Nilesat Digital TV installed with 21 English Channels, including Fox Movies, MBC Movies, Spacetoon, CNN and Euronews. Also a docking station / speakers / charger for ipods and ipod nano's.

Pafos Panorama apartments are located in the old Town known by locals as the Ktima area, we are directly opposite the Archaeological museum. This is a great base for those who love to experience the local culture, history and food. All the museums are within 500m of the apartment, as is Town Hall the home of Civil Weddings.

This apartment would make the perfect base for those planning a wedding as we are located 5 minutes on foot to the Town Hall and the local excellent restaurants. Further afield it is only a 5 minute drive to the harbour and the Castle, and to the World Heritage UNESCO Site with its stunningly preserved Mosaics. A further 5 min drive will take you to the Tomb of the Kings.

The apartment is located in a protected (conservation) area and for this reason the apartment complex itself is a very small one, comprising of only 29 apartments with a communal double level infinity pool, providing infinity views of the Mediterranean whilst you swim.

The apartment has its own sun loungers for use at the pool side, and our terrace opens out directly onto the lower level of the Infinity pool only 5 m from the children's pool level, ensuring unobstructed viewing of your children at all times.

The Paphos District

Paphos is located on the Western coast of Cyprus and offers year round sunshine and sparkling warm waters in summer. The Pafos region has so much to offer from activity, tranquillity, to good foods and wines, spa's, walking, golf, culture, nature, birdwatching and fishing.

Paphos area

Local museums which are worth visiting: Archaeological museum, Byzantine Museum, Municipal Gallery, Roman Mosaics, the Castle and the Tombs of the Kings. Museums only 5 mins on foot along the street.

Local activities and days out include: the Water park, bird park, reptile park, go-karts, horse riding, bowling and cinema, not to mention all the watersports: scuba diving, paragliding, jet skiis.
There are 3 top class golfing courses in the Pafos region, situated within peaceful surroundings with spectacular views.

The local bus no 11 runs from outside the Town Hall to harbour and coral bay. Buses are easily available to most attractions as well as the harbour and nearby Coral Bay with its beautiful sandy beach.

This is a modern, airy apartment with beautiful panoramic views over the Mediterranean. The furniture and fittings are of a high standard and makes for very comfortable living. There is ample seating for 6 individuals and the apartment is very spacious, laid out in an open plan L shape which lead through to the extremely well equipped kitchen with solid granite work surfaces, large capacity fridge- freezer, ceramic hob, fan oven, extractor fan and dishwasher. The dining and lounge area, all open out onto the patio through 2 double sliding doors. The lounge and kitchen area have a large capacity air conditioner.

The decor throughout the apartment is relaxing and neutral, making good use of organic materials. The double bedroom (Queen sized 6' bed ) has an en-suite and large built in wardrobes with a free standing full length mirror and air conditioner.

The Twin bedroom has an extra portable TV, DVD Player and Playstation 2 (bring your own games) and also has large built in wardrobes and air conditioner.

Mattresses on all beds, are memory foam orthopaedic mattresses and are extremely comfortable. The large family bathroom has separate space for the washing machine and this is where it is housed.

A hoover is provided at the apartment for you convenience.

Also has separate drinking water tap in Kitchen.

Pool towels are provided for your use at the pool however, you must provide your own beach towels.

On the patio there is cafe style aluminium patio furniture for 6 people to dine alfresco.
Sun loungers with pads (4) provided at the apartment are for the sole use of apartment occupants. There are communal shower rooms and toilets at the poolside on the upper pool level.

Pool towels are provided for your use at the pool however, you must provide your own beach towels.

Sorry no pets at the property. We welcome smokers but request smoking only on the patio.

Cot available at a charge of £1.75 per day.

Conditions

PAYMENT can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer. All payments received will be acknowledged. We now accept Payapl however, please note the booking price will have additional Paypal fee applied.
Payment via paypal can be made on our website - just click on the link at the bottom of this page.

To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required. The final balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. Bookings made within 6 weeks of departure, payment in full is required. Booking / reservations will be held for 7 days only (to allow for flight booking and for booking deposit to be received ).

A refundable breakage deposit of £100.00 will be required 6 weeks before departure, or on booking if within 4 weeks, the breakage deposit will be returned within 14 days of your return providing no damage has been found.

We had a lovely time - just wish it had been a longer break! We found your apartment very pleasant indeed - for us a great location. We found the information that you provided very helpful - on local shops and places to eat and certainly made very good use of the fruit & veg market along the road and also the bakery/delicatessens. We thought the apartment was the best situated in the block - with the lovely terrace for breakfast and then shade later in the day and that you'd thought of everything in terms of fitting it out.
