This brand new, spacious 2 bedroom apartment, is designed and finished to a very high standard. Pervolia apartments are private and secluded, tucked up in the hills of Emba. The elevated position, allows for a much longed-for breeze after a day at the beach, and the setting is truly breathtaking. Views of the sea are backed by hillside orchards.
Emba village is a 10 minute drive from busy Paphos and scenic Coral Bay. Both areas enjoy an array of restaurants, bars and tourist sights. A Water Park is nearby in addition to several Golf courses. The apartment is air-conditioned, has satellite tv and a welcome pack is available. Guests can avail of airport transfers from our local English-speaking host.

The Paphos District
Paphos and the surrounding area offers a host of different activities for all, from skiing in the Troodos Mountains in the winter, enjoying a wide range of water sports along the beautiful coastline, golfing days in one of the many local golf courses or gentle strolls in the stunning harbour area.
Cyprus is the warmest country in the EU enjoying 340 days of sunshine a year; so whether you are seeking the heat of the summer sunshine or a relaxing mild winter break, Cyprus offers the perfect holiday for both couples and families. Paphos airport has been massively extended in recent years and enjoys a host of different budget airlines flying into it as one of the top destinations for holiday-goers. Those who choose to visit Paphos inevitably return, as it has a classic combination of excellent weather, good beaches, wonderful hospitality and great food.
Paphos / Emba area
The rustic and picturesque village of Emba is only a minute's walk away. There are two Orthodox churches and tavernas to see the locals interacting. There are also shopping amenites to avail of. Other nearby villages a short drive away include Kissonerga, Tala, Chloraka and Peyia, where further bars and eateries can be found. Coral Bay, with its sandy beach and multitude of restaurants, is a 10 minute drive away and the bustling port of Paphos only 10 minutes by car.
There is a choice of golf courses approx 30 mins drive away: Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley and Tsada. There are many places of cultural, archaeological and historical interest to visit around the Paphos area. A Water Park is only 15 mins drive away and there are plenty of beach/water activities at Coral Bay.
How to get there
There are a selection of budget airlines that fly into both Larnaca and Paphos airports. Both airports have a selection of car hire companies that can be booked on-line.

Further details indoors: The apartment offers a double room and a twin room. The bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has A/C and the twin has a fan. There is also one double sofa bed in the lounge. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading to a balcony overlooking the pool, with sea views. The dining room/lounge opens onto a larger terrace which has a dining table seating 4 persons for al-fresco dining. This terrace has beautiful views of the Emba hillside and orchards.
The kitchen is fully equipped and modern. The through dining and lounge area has a dining table which seats 6 and sofa's seating 4. This area has A/C. Our guests have access to the private pool which has showers and changing facilities adjacent. Visitors will also have access to the roof where there is a washing line for hanging clothes.
Further details outdoors: The sun can be watched from the west facing balcony as it sets over the sea. There is a bistro table and 2 seats on this balcony which adjoins the 2 bedrooms. The larger terrace with dining table seating 4 is east facing and enjoys the heat of the morning. Sun-loungers are available for guests and can be used by the pool or on the terrace.
Further details
A £100 reservation fee is required to confirm the booking. In case of cancellation this fee is not refundable, but every effort will be made to offer other available dates, if requested/possible. The balance of your rental is required to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Please note a refundable security deposit of £100 is payable on the day of your arrival and will be refunded on the day of your departure, upon return of keys and a satisfactory inspection of the property. Payment normally in GBP to UK bank.
