Home description

Located in the centre of the village, the bungalow has been very attractively and fully furnished. The living room has 2 three seater sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs, Sky TV and video.

Importantly the property has been designed to be disabled friendly with the door widths wider than normal and a separate "wet room" (fully tiled and able to allow a wheelchair to get fully under the shower unit).

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, oven, hob, fridgefreezer and microwave.

There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both will floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes and accompanying furniture and a family bathroom

The property has dual purpose air-conditioning/heating units.

The Paphos District

Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean Sea and Paphos, the island’s second largest resort, is now one of its leading towns. Known as the place where Aphrodite walked in from the sea, it is now established as a popular seaside resort. Built around the medieval port, Paphos offers luxury hotels, tavernas and plenty of entertainment as well as over 300 days of sunshine per year.

During your stay you can enjoy much of what Paphos has to offer. From the The Venus Rock and the Baths of Aphrodite to the Paphos Medieval Fort and The Tombs of the Kings there is much for the history lover to see. There are also a number of churches and museums to visit too. The Paphos Aphrodite Water Park is the perfect place to cool down and have some great fun. Kato Pahos, around the harbour area, offers a wide range of bars, restaurants and night clubs while there is a covered market in the town centre.


Paphos / Tremithousa area

The village of Tremithousa is a rural community situation 5km from the centre of Paphos and 1 km from the main Paphos to Polis road in the area of Mesogi. It is a typical small Cypriot village with a pretty church, school, bank, mini market, hairdresser, florist and organic greengrocer just four minutes from the property. There is a local restaurant and 3 Cypriot coffee houses, one of which is unique – it accepts women!

The beautiful northern town of Polis and the neighbouring village of Latchi with its pretty harbour and a wide variety of restaurants are only a 30 km drive away through unspoilt countryside.

Tremithousa is well place to take advantage of the many varied modern and cultural amenities available in Paphos together with those in the surrounding villages including Tala, Tsada, Mesogi, Meso Cherio and Nefytos Monastery. The village is a 20 minute drive from Paphos airport and a similar distance to the three main golf courses on the island at Secret Valley, Aphrodite Hills and Tsada.

While Paphos is the nearest airport (just 20 miles away), you can also fly into Larnaca which is 90 miles away.

Our change over day is typically Saturday but we are flexible especially during the low and mid season if this is not suitable.

We normally take a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the balance 10 weeks before arrival. If the booking is made within 10 weeks of arrival, the full payment will be taken.

We recommend that you take out holiday insurance. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you wish to cancel your booking after the contract has been entered into, you must notify us in writing. Date of cancellation will be accepted as the date of the post marked letter. The cancellation charges will be as follows:
