Finished to a high standard fully air conditioned ground floor one bedroom apartment with open plan living dining kitchen area. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and 2 stools. Two double sofa beds in the living area.
One bedroom with double bed and plenty of cupboard space and large bathroom with shower.
Outside tiled front and rear terraces giving both shaded and open space to relax, communal swimming pool and BBQ area. There are 2 sun beds and outside table and 4 chairs to enjoy the glorious Mediterranean sunshine.

The Paphos District

Cyprus is an ideal holiday destination with over 340 days of sunshine a year and Paphos is the ideal location within Cyprus to head as it is a year round holiday destination. There are plenty of beaches to enjoy as well as the historics of the region including The Tombs of the Kings, the Mosiacs, the beautiful and unspoilt Akamas and the historic for at Paphos harbour to name but a few.

For those interested in leisure activities Paphos hosts 3 golf courses with more currently being built and to be built in the future. All the golf courses are within a 20 minute drive of the apartment. There is also the water park for the little and big kids which is an excellent day out, go karting with Paphos having the only bridge and tunnel track and the bird and animal park with an abundance of different types of birds and animals to see.


Paphos / Kato area

The apartment is situated on the popular Universal Area being in walking distance of the harbour with all it's shops, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a pint of Keo whilst watching the world go by and enjoying the relaxing atmosphere and soaking up the beautiful sunshine.

The apartment is also close to Paphos town with it's market area ideal for local gifts for friend and family including lace, cypriot delights and Zivania!

There are plenty of beaches within walking distance or a short (and cheap) bus ride away, all offer the hire of sunbeds and umbrellas and many have waters sports that you can try out.


How to get there

Cyprus is approximately 4 1/2 hours from the UK, there are flights from all airports with many airlines now flying to Cyprus and Paphos airport.
EasyJet have taken over the GB Airways route and fly to Paphos every day www.easyjet.com.
British Airways fly to Paphos every day from most major airport www.ba.com.
Thomas Cook have good flights on a Tuesday which is a quieter day at the airport www.flythomascook.co.uk.
There is also the usual tour operator companies like Thomson, and First Choice.

Guestbook for Alina 9

The apartment was good. It was located within an easy walk for drinks ,dining and shopping and still was quiet at night. The kitchen was well equipped and the "welcome food pack" was a nice gesture. All of the nieghboors were pleasant, if we even saw them. We had the patio area virtually to ourselves. It was great to have the loungers and a patio table and chairs made available. The space faces south so it was lovely to catch the winter sun so we used it all the days we wern't travelling. I would recomend the apartment to any one who wants to explore Paphos and the region around. It was well located, comfortable and affordable.

This apartment is a fantastic base for exploring Paphos. It's close enough to walk to the nightlife, restaurants, beaches and shopping but is in a quiet area. The pool area is clean and well equipped with table, chairs and loungers and is a real sun trap. The apartment was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped plus the welcome pack was an unexpected bonus. The owners live locally and are very helpful. I would recommend this apartment to couples and families as it's got everything you need for a very enjoyable holiday together with the added bonus of being reasonably priced.
