Stylish apartment in newly completed small complex of just 22 apartments with unique roof -top pool with sea views. The complex has a lift , is only two stories high and comes with its own car parking space. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and tastefully decorated.
The kitchen area is well equipped and you could easily cook a lovely family meal. The bedroom has twin beds, ample storage space and patio doors leading to the balcony, which has a sea view. There is a sofa bed in the living area, so in total the apartment can accommodate four people making it ideal for families, couples, friends etc.

The Paphos District
Paphos is very popular due to its all year mediterranean climate. In Paphos there is plenty to see and do with its lovely old harbour and many bars / restaurants. You can also find a wide range of activities to suit every age from Roman ruins and Tomb of the Kings to waterparks and go-karting. There are currently three golf courses within a short drive of Paphos.
Bus service available for less than 1 euro, taxi 20 euros approx.
Paphos / Kissonerga area
Kissonerga is a peaceful, relaxing village located just 10 minutes drive from Paphos and even less to the famous sandy beaches of Coral Bay.
You only need to take a short stroll to access all the amenities that the village has to offer - supermarket, ATM bank, pharmacy, coffee shops, hairdressers, English pub and restaurant.
Vardas beach is a scenic 10 minute walk away, down a road lined with banana and lime trees, where you will find further restaurants - perfect for watching the sun go down over the sea. The beach itself has its own sun-loungers, umbrellas and bar / restaurant and is perfect for swimming, sunbathing or snorkelling.
The picturesque Coral Bay beach is a few minutes drive along the coastal road. You will also find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Coral Bay also has a lively nightlife.
Car hire is recommended, but not a necessity as everything you need is in walking distance, but for more variation a car is required. Remember in Cyprus cars drive on the left - which makes getting around a lot easier

Further details indoors: The kitchen area has electric cooker and four ring hob with extractor and sufficient cooking utensils to make an enjoyable meal. There is a fridge / freezer, kettle and toaster. Washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board are also included for your convenience. Living area also includes air conditioning unit, dining table and chairs and intercom to the lobby. The bedroom has two pine twin beds with orthopaedic mattresses and matching pine bedside cabinet and large wall mirror. The wardrobe is extremely spacious, with plenty of hangers! There is also a safety deposit box in the bedroom.
Further details outdoors: The apartment balcony has a chrome patio set with seating for four. The roof-top pool area has decking surrounding the pool, shower, toilets, changing rooms and quality sun-loungers - not to mention stunning views! The B.B.Q area has a pergoda to provide shade with large wooden table, perfect for a family B.B.Q in the Cyprus sunshine!
Conditions
£50.00 deposit due immediately to secure your booking, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation. The balance is due six weeks before arrival with a refundable breakages deposit of £50.00 to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
