The complex has sea and mountain views; garden; a communal pool; car parking and is only 10 minutes drive from Kato Paphos and Coral Bay Beach. The apartment is fully equipped for holiday and long term rental and all bedding and towels are supplied. Satellite TV installed providing all main UK and Freeview channels as well as local TV channels.
Very large Carrefour supermarket only 5 minutes drive. Well stocked local store 1 minute drive. Emba Village offers a few tavernas, bars and mini-supermarket.

The Paphos District
Cyprus is an ideal holiday destination. English is widely spoken; crime rates are low; driving is on the left side of the road; most tap water is drinkable and you won't need adaptors for your UK electrical appliances.
The Paphos region enjoys both excellent beaches and beautiful inland mountain areas. For those wanting an activity holiday most sports are available close by. Explore the monastaries and wineries of the region or travel further inland to the Troodos Mountains. Nearby there are the Tombs of the Kings and Mosaics to visit, together with many antiquities.
Paphos / Emba area
Emba is a pretty village between Paphos town and Coral Bay, about 10 minutes drive to each. Emba was an important agricultural centre in Medieval times and has a 13th century church with excellent icons and restored frescoes. The village has a few tavernas and small bars and local amenities.
For more adventurous nightlife there is lots to do in Paphos town (which is a 10 minute drive or £5 by taxi) including night clubs, hotels, bars, restaurants.

Further details indoors: All rooms have airconditioning and are tastefully decorated to a high standard. Satellite TV with all main and usual Freeview UK channels.
Lounge/kitchen has a good range of equipment for self catering, such as vegetable steamer, pans, bakeware, cooking utensils, crockery, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and also a dishwasher.
There is a dining table with four chairs and a full size fridge/freezer. Venetian blinds and voiles fitted to all windows.
Double doors open from the lounge onto private enclosed patio where there are 4 garden chairs, a table and a sunlounger.
Main bedroom has a double pine bed with matching side tables and two lamps. There is also a mirror and wall to wall built in wardrobes with lots of space.
Second bedroom has two single beds, one sidetable with lamp and built in wardrobes with lots of space.
Bathroom has bath with shower and mixer taps and shower curtain. There is also a large mirror and vanity unit with ample storage. There is also a washing machine with shelving above.
Fresh towels and bed linen are supplied.
Further details outdoors: There is a communal swimming pool which is very quiet as there are only a few friendly residents. There is also a paved patio area. This is not a purpose built tourist block, there is a mix between permanent residents and private holiday homes and the overall feel is one of quiet seclusion.

* Non refundable booking deposit of 25% secures the property for your trip dates * There is a £10pw charge for utilities (electricity/water) * Please note a refundable security deposit of £100 is payable with the balance of your rental charge 6 weeks before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure upon a satisfactory inspection by the cleaners. * PLEASE NOTE ALL PAYPAL/BANK/FOREIGN EXCHANGE CHARGES MUST BE BORNE BY CUSTOMERS (payment accepted in £GBP to UK bank/Euros to Cyprus bank/A$ to Australian bank/US$/$CAD + others). * Paypal/Credit card payments available but charges must be borne by customers.
