Home description
Just walking into this residence, you will be so pleased you chose to stay here over any other villa – the living area is a wonderful open space with feature raised high level ceiling, a shapely galleried landing, attractive fire place, relaxing leather sofas, plasma screen TV with DVD & satellite.
Open planned, divided by a shaped balustrade is the very well equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) fitted with everything one could need. This leads through to an elegant dining area. With the benefit of air conditioning and central heating, you are ensured a comfortable stay any time of year. There is a large cloakroom on the ground floor with guests WC.
The 4 bedrooms are arranged with 3 to the first floor and 1 on the ground floor; the ground floor room is a spacious double bedroom with adjoining bathroom. All 3 bedrooms on the first floor are generous size rooms and have doors onto balconies. The master bedroom is a double with en-suite bathroom, there is a further double bedroom which also has access to the front balcony, enjoying views over the swimming pool, down the valley to Paphos and the sea. The 4th bedroom is a twin room (with 2 single beds). A separate family bathroom serves these 2 rooms.
In all, the villa sleeps 8 adults very comfortably and having a bedroom with bathroom downstairs is very handy for the families who holiday with elderly relatives… The outside space to this villa is excellent, with ample verandas and patio areas bordered by landscaped gardens with a variety of bushes, shrubs & trees. You have a private infinity / overflow swimming pool, outside table and chairs, sun beds, outdoors kitchen / bar, superb Jacuzzi. All enjoying a good degree of privacy, a delightful South-facing sunny aspect and lovely views…

The Paphos District
You are only a few minutes drive into Paphos, the harbour and beaches… Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos (the harbour) offers a vast selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, taverns etc. Along with the old market, supermarkets, banks, bakeries etc. Extremely well established and desirable areas with attractions and facilities for all age groups. Paphos International airport is approximately 15 minute drive. The popular beach of Coral Bay is a short drive, as is the Tsada Golf Course. You also have easy access onto the ‘Paphos – Polis’ road, where one can visit Latchi, enjoy the famous fish restaurants, hire a boat or visit the Bath’s of Aphrodite etc.
Paphos / Armou area
Located on the lower side (outskirts) of Armou village, a traditional Cypriot village which lies approx 4 km or so back from Paphos – slightly elevated above sea level, this region enjoys less humidity and a gentle breeze even in the height of summer. The location is great to relax and enjoy time in a group or as a family, away from the noise of busy tourist areas…
