Home description
The accommodation is very comfortable and stylishly furnished throughout. Double patio doors lead you from the open-plan living area to the patio, terrace and garden, which is furnished with sunbeds, tables and chairs and a barbecue.
The combination of colourful Mediterranean plants, and all-day sunshine, provide an ideal spot for sunbathing and al fresco dining. The apartment, has its own enclosed, private garden, with views to the sea and mountains.
The swimming pool area, which is just a minute's walk away, has a large freeform pool, showers and toilets.
Within 5 minutes' walk there are two restaurants and several shops, including a bakery, supermarket and delicatessan. . Walk a little further and you reach the heart of Tala - a traditional Cypriot village square, offering an excellent choice of tavernas, cafes and restaurants.

The Paphos District
This is one of the six districts of Cyprus and it is situated in the western part of Cyprus. Its main town and capital is Paphos. The entire district is controlled by the internationally recognized government of Cyprus. There are four municipalities in Paphos District: Paphos, Yeroskipou, Peyia, and Polis Chrysochous.
Paphos is the ideal area for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy the sun almost all year round, the natural beauty and the hospitality of the locals. Its coastal area is characterized by gulfs and coves, capes and points, beaches and tiny isles.
Paphos / Tala area
Around and about the area of Tala there is a range of activities, including go-karting, mini golf, a water park, bird park, aquarium and diving Centres. The Akamas National Park and Troodos Mountains are well worth seeing. Also worth visiting are some of the numerous wineries. There are 3 golf courses in the area - Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills.
Only 5km from Tala is Kato Paphos, with it's holiday atmosphere, where you can stroll around the harbour and stop for refreshments at one of the many harbour side cafes.

There are frequent flights to Paphos from all major airports within the UK.
Tala is only 15km from Paphos Airport.

Further details indoors: The spacious accommodation comprises open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, a large double bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, and has a dining area for 4 people.
In the living room there is a 32" flat screen TV, and a selection of DVDs, CDs, books and an information folder. The bedroom sleeps 2, as a double or twin. Built- in wardrobes, shelves and drawers provide ample storage.
The bathroom has a vanity unit and basin, toilet, bath and shower.
Further details outdoors: A charcoal barbecue is provided, with charcoal. There is also a drying area and a storage cupboard with brushes, ironing board, cleaning equipment etc.
At the entrance to the apartment there is a large personal, locked storage room suitable for golf clubs, bicycles, suitcases.

What's Included in Your Rental Price: Bed linen, towels and beach towels. Linen and towels are changed weekly (not beach towels).
Air Conditioning (the apartment is air-conditioned throughout).
A basic 'welcome pack' of tea, coffee, milk, bread, jam and butter (a full 'pack' is available at £10.00 per couple).
Cleaning products (dishwashing powder, washing up liquid, washing powder, bin bags etc).
Basic First Aid kit.
Shower gel, soap, shampoo, toilet rolls.
The apartment is managed by a British couple living in Cyprus.
Conditions
Flexible change-over days.
Accommodation available from 3.00 pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 12.00 on day of departure. However, depending upon bookings, we try to be flexible with the times. .
A 10% deposit is required to secure the booking. This is non-refundable. Final payment is due 1 month prior to arrival.
A full information pack will be sent to you a fortnight before your arrival.
