Tala Panorama apartments,new in 2007,situated in a rural tranquil setting on the outskirts of the exclusive, traditional Cypriot village of Tala. Offers superb coastline and surrounding countryside views.Just a 5 minute drive to Tsada golf course and a 2 minute drive to the village.
Quiet and peaceful but only 15 minutes from the historic harbour town of Paphos with all its amenities or 5 minutes from Coral bay with its safe beaches for bathing/water sports. Enjoy exploring the nature rerserve of the Akamas peninsula and also up into the Troodos Mountains
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and enjoys a spacious lounge and fully equipped open planned kitchen /dining area with pine table and chairs seating four. The lounge has a double sofabed, armchair complete with TV, DVD. The bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes with generous storage,and bedside cabinet.
Patio doors from both the lounge and bedroom lead on to the large private balcony which overlook the swimming pool and gardens. Fully tiled bathroom with shower over bath, W.C, washbasin. The property benefit from airconditioning/heating, celing fans. There is also a lift serving the building.

The Paphos District
Everywhere you turn in Paphos the past mingles with the present.The Dionysos wine Mosaics,the intriguing Tombs of the Kings and the 16th century Fortress in the picturesque fishing harbour. Paphos embraces both the tradition and contemporary. It offers delicious restaurants,cosy pubs and trendy outdoor cafes not to mention an all-encompassing range of shops and boutiques.
Today Cyprus is a modern country that effortlessly combines European culture with ancient enchantment. There are beaches to suit everybody and the mountainous interior of the Troodos.
Cyprus boasts on average 330 days of sunshine a year. In the summer there are high temperatures, cloudless skies and cooling breezes from the seas. In the winter there is still an average of six hours of sunshine a day. We were swimming in the sea at Christmas.
Paphos / Tala area
Coral bay is one the best beaches within the proximity of Paphos and has a range of leisure activities and water sports. It offers safe bathing and is a must for topping up your tan. There is a local Taverna whereby you can quench your thirst. Buses run from Paphos to Coral bay and terminate at Corallia beach Hotel which is another gem to be discovered. These beaches are approximately 4 km from the apartment.
Tala village which is situated 1km from the apartment and has a traditional Cypriot square an offers facilities such as two small supermarkets, restaurants and a local Taverna "Marios" where everyone is offered a friendly service and where you can sit over a glass of beer and watch the world go by There is a large modern supermarket within 3km .

You can also fly into Larnaca airport; using the fast Motorway route to Paphos, this takes approx 1 hour 30min. Driving is on the left and signs are in English so you should have no problems.
You can also take a Taxi from Paphos airport to the apartment which will cost approx £25GBP. The apartment is 35 minute drive from Paphos airport.

A non refundable depost is requires of £50 upon booking to secure and the balance payable six weeks before departure. A £100 security deposit will be payable in addition with the balance and will be refundable within 14 days upon completion of your holiday providing there is no loss or damage.
