The Paphos District
The apartment is 10 minutes walk to beaches, bars, shops and restaurants. Harbour is 20 minutes walk and close to the Tombs of the Kings, World Class Golf Courses; the Aquapark.
The Troodos Mountains are 1 hours drive. Paphos airport is 15 minutes drive.Paphos Town has many shops including Marks and Spencer’s and a large marketplace. 10 minutes drive to the delightful resort of Coral Bay with a wide selection of shops, bars and taverns.
Coral Bay has one of the best beaches in Cyprus.

There are a variety of churches in and around Paphos, including Catholic and Anglican. The local people speak English and are very friendly, and everyone drives on the left. There is a very reliable bus service to the above places if you do not want to drive.
Paphos enjoys 340 days of sunshine a year. During the 6 months of summer, the sun shines for over 11.5 hours of the day. Average temperature in January/February does not drop below 16C. Paphos is known as the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Greek Goddess of Love. The entire district is scattered with countless places of historical and legendary interest (as mentioned above).
The island history dates back to the Neolithic age. A few days on the island will help you realize that Cyprus enjoys a high European standard of living, while the cost of living is low.
