Apartment B16 is a ground-floor one-bedroomed apartment with it's own pivate garden. It is set on a private complex, where there is a communal pool, tennis court and 5 acres of beautiful gardens that overlook the sea.
The complex is within 5 minutes walk of the centre of Coral Bay and the beach.

The Paphos District
Paphos has it all. Rich in ancient history with archaeological sites, mosaics and underground tombs. The pretty harbour, flanked by palm trees, has retained it's charm with plenty of open air tavernas and restaurants where the local food, especially fish, is superb and reasonably priced.
The old town with it's narrow streets, hustle and bustle, is typically Cypriot and well worth exploring. The area boasts 340 days of sunshine a year and there are many safe sandy beaches with crystal clear water for all the family to enjoy. The nightlife is excellent with live music in many bars. Within easy driving distance are the Troodos mountains with pine forested peaks and spectacular views.
Paphos / Coral Bay area
Coral Bay is a small friendly coastal resort, suitable for all age groups. Here you will find a variety of tavernas, bars and restaurants to suit every taste. There are also banks, supermarkets and tourist shops.
The lovely golden sandy Coral Bay beach is a few minutes walk from the centre where you will find a cafe and facilities at each end, water sports, sun loungers and umbrellas and safe bathing. Further on down the road, past the Coral Beach Hotel, you come to Corallia Beach, another safe beach for swimming.
From Coral Bay a short drive along the coast road will take you to Agios Georgios, a small fishing harbour with its brightly coloured boats and a fish taverna overlooking the sea. Beyond, the Akamas Peninsula stretches into the distance, a place of rugged beauty and rocky coastline that is unspoilt and magical.
How to get there
Paphos International Airport is the nearest, being approximately 25-30 minutes from the apartment. Several airlines fly to Paphos: ba.com, easijet.com, thomsonfly.com, flythomascook.com
Car Hire is not essential in Coral Bay but recommended as there are lots of places to visit. We recommend www.economycarrentals.com
Taxis are available to and from the airport and a good one is www.cytaxi.com based in Coral Bay.

Further details indoors: The open-plan lounge/diner is light and airy with aircon and a ceiling fan. Through an archway is a small fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has comfortable twin beds with aircon and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower over.
Further details outdoors: Leading out from the living area is a sunny patio with table and chairs and a private garden where sun loungers are provided for relaxing and soaking up the sun.
The garden is completely enclosed and overlooks the swimming pool and has sea views. Through a small gate at the side a few steps will take you to the pool and the communal gardens where there is also a tennis court.

The apartment is managed and maintained by ourselves. We live a few minutes away and will visit the day after your arrival to introduce ourselves and answer any queries you may have or provide any further information.
Conditions
A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required with balance of payment. (To be refunded within 2 weeks of departure, subject to satisfactory property inspection).
