This house is extremely spacious for a 2 bedroom house, it has very high ceilings and the open plan layout of the downstairs ensures that 6 people could easily be accommodated when using the two full size sofa beds in the lounge. All rooms are air-conditioned/heated and this is included in the price.

The Paphos District
Paphos is known as the cultural capital of Cyprus and is situated on the South West of the island. It is approximately a 15 minute drive from the villa. There is a lot to do and see in Paphos if you wish. St Paul's Pillar, the pre Christian Tombs of the Kings, the recently excavated house of Dionysus and the Temple of Aphrodite are amongst the many places of historical interest in and around the town of Paphos. The old town of Paphos boasts tavernas, cafes and open-air fruit, meat, fish and vegetable markets. Local supermarkets stock both home grown produce and brand name items.
In contrast the tourist area, known as Kato Paphos, (where most of the hotels and apartment complexes are situated) has a wealth of restaurants, bars and clubs that stretch from the pretty fishing harbour and castle all along the coastal road.
Paphos / Coral Bay area
Tala Jasmin is approximately a 15 minute stroll from the centre of Tala village, which is in the south west corner of Cyprus,( between Paphos and Coral bay) with it's bustling tavernas, bars and restaurants. Here you will also find two small shops,( selling daily provisions, including fresh bread, fruit, milk and newspapers), a church a postbox and two coffee shops.
A short drive will take you to several larger, well stocked supermarkets. A 15 minute drive will take you to the old town of Paphos or 'Pano Paphos' as it is known and a further 10 minute drive will take you to lower or 'Kato Paphos' where you will find the harbour area and the tourist bars restaurants and hotels. Also here you will have access to the famous 'Mosaics' and also the 'Tombs of The Kings' It is possible to take boat trips from the harbour area and also diving tuition.
There are several championship golf courses. Closest to the house being Tsada, 15 minutes drive, also Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills.
The Akamas Peninsula is a 25 minute drive. You can park up at the taverna and walk down to the Turtle Hatchery beach - truly unspoilt Cyprus!
How to get there
Many companies fly to Cyprus from most UK airports - often flights are cheaper if you can travel 'mid week' Early booking is recommended, especially for travel during school holidays.
-Paphos Airport is a 20 minute drive away. -Larnaca Airport is around a 1½ hour drive.
We can arrange for a taxi to collect you from the airport. Alternatively you may prefer to hire a car at the airport, or we can arrange to have one delivered to the villa. In Cyprus, they drive on the same side of the road as in the UK!!

Further details indoors: As there are steps leading to the house from the pool and terrace, it is not suitable for infirm clients, however sprightly elderly visitors would not find this property a problem! We would request that clients only smoked in the garden areas and not inside the house. All bed linen and bath and hand towels are provided but not beach towels.

All rooms are air-conditioned/heated and this is included in the price. There is a cot and highchair available at no extra charge and a gated garden area ensures safety from the pool. The kitchen area is well equipped with ample crockery, cutlery and glasses for 6 people, along with kettle, toaster, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
Main bedroom has a king size bed, two bedside cabinets, Dressing table with mirror and stool and masses of wardrobe and drawer space. There is a small balcony off this room, with a table and chairs to enable you to take in the expansive coastal views. Second bedroom has two full size single beds, a bedside cabinet and again masses of wardrobe and drawer space. The bedroom floors are laminate,( a little warmer on the toes in the middle of the night!!) Both bedrooms have air-conditioning/heating.
Further details outdoors: There is a large sun terrace surrounding the pool with spectacular views towards both Paphos and Coral Bay. The terrace is sheltered and shielded from view. We provide sun loungers and patio furniture for use in this area.
