CLANDUN house is a three-bedroom end townhouse occupying a prime poolside position on the award-winning Paradise Gardens 4 complex. The house benefits from air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans in all rooms including outside patio area, patio and barbecue area to the side and private parking.
Outside the patio has seating for 6/8 making dining outside, especially at night overlooking the illuminated pool, a delight. To the side of the house the BBQ area has a BBQ and electric lighting. Sun loungers are provided. Steps from the patio lead down to one of the two pools and poolside toilets and showers are provided for the use of guests.
It is a 15 minute walk to the harbour area with it's myriad of restaurants and bars and other attractions and for convenience there is a small store and a taverna at the entrance to the complex.

The Paphos District
Cyprus is drenched in year round sunshine from the hot summer to the mild winter, where it is possible to ski in the pine covered Troodos mountains then swim in the blue Mediterranean all on the same day. Cyprus is a truly beautiful island, from citrus groves and scenic mountain backdrops to gently shelving sandy and pebble beaches with sea water as warm as a bath.
Paphos / Kato area
The former capital of Cyprus, Paphos has grown into a bustling tourist area with everything to offer the holidaymaker. Divided into two parts, the old town houses the market and all the major shops, while Kato Paphos area has a pretty fishing harbour, historic fort, water sports, several diving centres, a choice of sandy beaches, shops, bars, night life, open air cafes, and international restaurants some of which serve a tempting menu of the day's catch.
Close by you will find fun for all the family at the waterpark, and one of the largest outdoor go-karting centres in Europe. The lawn bowls club welcomes visitors,and there are three 18-hole golf courses within a short drive of the town. There are plenty of historical places of interest to visit including the famous Tombs of the Kings, Ahrodite's birthplace and the famous mosaics at the harbour.
How to get there
The nearest airport is Paphos Internatioal airport wich is only 15 minutes from the house, however Larnaca airport is also easily accessible being only a one and a quarter hour drive. BA, Thomas Cook, Thomson, Monarch fly to Paphos from most British airports and from April 2008 Easyjet will be flying in making your holiday in Cyprus even more economical. There are always plenty of taxis to take you from the airport to your destination, or if you prefer you can book a hire car to be collected at the airport. The open plan L-shaped living/dining area is spacious and tastefully furnished to a very high standard. The lounge and dining area can accommodate six easily and up to 8 if necessary. There is a sofa bed which can sleep a further two guests if required. There is a highchair and travel cot available at no extra cost. The fully equipped kitchen is like a home from home and there is a guest shower room/WC on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bouble bedrooms and one twin room. All bedrooms have dual aspect windows, built-in wardrobes, a dressing table, full length mirror and a hair dryer. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and a pressure pump has been installed for your comfort.

Welcome pack on arrival There are two sets of golf clubs available to hire at a cost of £20 per set per stay Owners live locally in Paphos to assist at any time Although a car is not necessary to enjoy your holiday in Paphos, you may want to hire one for a few days to explore the island further.

Smoking is permitted on the balcony and on the patio for which ashtrays are provided. 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure Balance payable six weeks prior to your stay £250 refundable breakages deposit payable with your balance, refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory inspection) It is recommended that adequate travel insurance is purchased to cover in the event of cancellation
