A luxury one bedroom, self-contained apartment to the first floor of this stylish building. There is a lift that serves all floors where you benefit from views over banana trees to the Mediterranean Sea. The spacious balcony overlooks the large communal swimming pool (for the residents) with landscaped grounds around, perfect place to relax and sun bathe. For the comfort of the guests the owner has provided a TV and DVD player in the lounge, various books and the kitchen is well equipped.

The apartments is furnished to a high standard, with twin beds in the large bedroom and ample wardrobe space. There are 2 single sized sofa beds to the living area, so in total the apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people, a family, couples, friends etc.

The approach road takes you away from the main Paphos - Coral Bay road, the drive is through banana trees gently climbing and turning into this small select block of apartments. Ideally placed to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting. You are within walking distance of the sea and a bus route serving Paphos (Town & Harbour) and Coral Bay, not to mention Kissonerga Village behind you with its typical village amenities.
