A spacious second floor apartment on a very pleasent complex, set in an excellent location. The apartment has fully fitted kitchen, dining/lounge area with patio doors opening to a large balcony having stunning sea views. Two double bedrooms. Air conditioning.
The apartment benefits from hot and cold air conditioning. The comfortable lounge/dining area includes a sofa, a sofa bed, dining table and chairs, a TV,video and a portable cd/radio. The double and twin bedded rooms have fitted wardrobes, dressing table and bedside tables with bedside lamps. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an iron/board and clothes airer for the balcony.
The superb location where the apartment is set has large attractive communal gardens with two swimming pools and paddling pools making it an all year round destination for enjoyment. The complex is set away from traffic yet in walking distance to cafes and shops.

The Paphos District
Paphos, on the South West Coast of Southern Cyprus was the Birthplace of the Goddess Aphrodite and in Roman times the Capital of Cyprus. Nearby are archaeological sites, so rich in antiquities that UNESCO has included Paphos in its World Cultural Heritage list.
You can enjoy the endless coastline of rocky coves and sandy beaches, swim in the clear blue seas or walk through the fertile countryside. Sheltered from the North by the Troodos Mountains it is the healthiest year round climate in the Mediterranean. The well known Coral Bay with its glorius 600 metre crescent shaped sandy beach provides idyllic swimming and is just along the coast, a short drive away.
Paphos area
The charming west coast town of Paphos focusses around an attractive harbour whose picturesque open-air fish restaurants line a quayside of bright fishing boats and pleasure craft.
Paphos area and the resort is graced with some luxury hotels along the coastline. The lower part of the town which is known as Kato Pafos, near to the sea has a life of its own. It is home of the harbour, the fish tavernas, souvenir shops and several beautiful hotels with important archaeological sites around them.
REGINA GARDENS is located on a priviliged site in Paphos 550 meters from the sea and within walking distance of the shops and nightlife. Paphos with its ancient castle is also lined with a variety of restaurants, bars and tavernas selling international cuisine.
BUSES run regularly between Paphos and Coral Bay. Bus stops are sited on the Kings Road, which is a couple of minutes from the complex. At present 80 cents will take you anywhere to include the town/port, the town market (which trades every day but Sunday and closes half day Wednesdays). In the opposite direction one may also take a bus ride to the beautiful Coral Bay.
If not booked prior to the trip the best CAR HIRE deals can be had around town rather than at the airport. Prices vary at around £100 per week.

Further details outdoors: Sliding glass patio doors lead to a private balcony with table and chairs to enable dining and relaxation overlooking the complex with sea views on the horizon. This makes for an amazing sunset each evening! There are two adult swimming pools and a kiddies pool set in large attractive communal gardens with a man made stream running through.

We ask for a £200 refundable security deposit for any damages. A deposit of 25% of the full rental required at time of booking is non refundable. Balance is payable 8 weeks prior to let. Full payment at time of booking required for reservations made within 8 weeks of let. Lettings are from 4pm on the first day to 12 noon on the last day.

Thank you for a wonderful fortnight. The apartment was spacious and accommodating like home from home. Just so much to see and do that we are re-booking for next year. The lovely gardens with the relaxing swimming pools and friendly people made it hard to tear oneselves away from the complex. B & D

The best holiday i've had in years. We walked the coastal paths as far as Paphos Harbour and beyond swimming in the sea when we got a little warm. No dressing for dinner as in our usual tedious Hotel stays. Just complete relaxation. C & A Bond
