This private spacious villa with private pool has been designed with comfort in mind and is fully air conditioned throughout. A non smoking policy is in place for the comfort of all guests.The lounge comprises of two large settees a coffee table and flat screen tv with combined dvd. The dining area has a seating for 8 people. Next to the dining area is a separate area to relax in with comfortable seating which has a sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate utility room. There is also a downstairs toilet and wash room.
Patio doors lead you out to the lower covered patio area with it's outside dining facilities and further relaxers.
The professionaly landscaped garden boasts a paved area for sunbathing. Shade is provided by an olive tree and sun parasol.
Moving up the marble staircase you have a large family bathroom with intergrated shower. Two twin bedded rooms each with thier own colour schemes and plenty of hanging space in the fitted wardrobes. Moving on to the master bedroom which has it's own en-suite shower area with sliding patio doors which take you out onto the large top balcony area which runs around the rear of the villa with access from all bedrooms, again relaxing furniture is provided.

The Paphos District
Cyprus is renowned for its nearly all year round sunshine, you can step back in time and visit the Amphitheatre at Kourion and wonder at the artifacts on display, remember to take your camera with you, you also have the fantastic mosaics there together with The House of Eustolios, remember that camera and water!
Use your 4X4 to explore the Troodos Mountains or the nearby Akamas Penninsula, take in the scenery and aromas of Cedar Valley, fantastic! Remember to make sure you have a full tank of petrol before you set out though as petrol stations are few and far between. Don't forget that camera and water!
For those who enjoy the game of golf the closest course is Tsada Golf Club established in 1994, the first course designed by Donald Steel. Par 72 - 6,855 yards and located amongst vineyards, next to a 12th century monastery it is bathed in cooling sea breezes in the summer season. Tsada is a challenging course which has an excellent club house, swimming pool with all changing facilities and is only about a 30 minute drive away.
For those who want to go further afield within an hours drive you will find the Secret Valley Golf Club (Par 72 - 6,737 yards) a championship course surrounded by stunning rock formations and mature trees. Nearby is the Aphrodite Hills Golf Club (Par 71 - 6,855 yards) designed by Cabell Robinson another fine example of a championship course built on two plateaux which has spectacular views of the sea.
Paphos / Stroumbi area
The property is located in the traditional village of Stroumbi where you will find three tavern'a offering excellent food and friendly atmosphere. In the nearby vicinity of Kathikas you will find two famous wineries producing excellent ranges of wines, visitors are made very welcome and invited to "sample" their products. Kathikas also boasts five outstanding tavern's/restaurants and two bars with Sky TV and a welcoming atmosphere.
In fact you are situated in an ideal location to explore all locations from Paphos harbour to Polis and Latchi both just a 15 minuite drive.The Troodos Mountains are also a short drive away, giving you the best of both worlds to explore the island.
