This villa is a part of a small, group* of 12 (Corallia Beach Villas) about 15 mins drive west of Paphos. This is a two story, two bedroom, two bathroom villa (sleeps 4) which has air conditioners and fans in the three main rooms. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, a microwave, electric hob/cooker and a washing machine. There are two levels of upper patios with splendid sea views.

In the garden there is a 3.5 x 5 metre splash pool and also a four person (five if your very friendly!) spa ("Jacuzzi").

Safety:
A Fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen and a smoke detector is positioned at the top of the stairs.

The Paphos District

Coral Bay is located about 8 km north of Paphos and is a popular resort area with many amenities. It has a wide range of shops restaurants, bars and a disco. There is also a medical centre, a pharmacy and an amusement park.

The villa is located a short distance outside Coral Bay in a quiet gated complex of 12 houses. There is access to a "wild" beach (50 m.) immediately in front of the villa (see pics) and an interesting cliff walk with tidal rock pools.

Paphos / Coral Bay area

Coral Bay is popular for its award winning sandy beaches offering sports such as scuba diving and snorkelling to name but a few. There is plenty of night life in Coral Bay with a wide variety of bars and restaurants to suit every age, all within walking distance. Families are welcome everywhere. Paphos boast a harbour, The Tombs of the Kings archeological site, a castle and the World Heritage Site for Mosaics. Also in Paphos there is a bowling centre.

Local Restaurants:
Coral Bay itself has a wide range of shops, restaurants, hotels and bars, amongst which we might recommend:
Santa Marina Fish & Chip shop - on the main street. Much favoured by the British visitors.
Karalam South Indian Restaurant - located up the hill behind the O’Soloman’s Irish Pub.
Pizza restaurant: located next to O’Solomans and opposite the Coral Bay Beach Hotel.
Coral Bay Beach Hotel - an international 5 star restaurant.
Yialos Taverna - from the house, take the left turn at the cross roads (away from Coral Bay) and then the second left (towards the sea). A rural coastal taverna with basic Cypriot cusine.
Next to the Karalam Restaurant you will find a British style pub - "The Frog and Toad".
There is a good Cypriot fish restaurant, overlooking the sea, located at Agios Georgios.
The Santa Marina, Karalam and the Pizza restaurants all operate a take-away service.
For the little ones there is a Mini Golf/Amusement Park located off the main Coral Bay strip.

Groceries:
Apart from the stores in Coral Bay, there is a supermarket immediately opposite the Coral Bay Beach Hotel. For a wider (and cheaper) range of goods the village store “Philipos” - behind the church in Pegia and the larger Papantoniou Supermarket in Klorakas are recommended.

Bank: The Laiki Bank in Coral Bay has a 24 hour ready-teller machine.

Beaches:
The "wild" beach immediately in front of the villas is rocky, but interesting for snorkeling (see pics). An extensive sandy beach is reached by walking (3 mins) across the open area past the old warehouse. Sun bed and umbrella use can be purchased.

Walking:
A popular cliff walk with interesting sea views is reached by walking out past the small cliff top shrine to the south, with access to some tide pools and rocky coves. Good for wild flowers in the spring.

Local directions:
From Coral Bay main street, drive to the Coral Bay Beach Hotel (5*). Continue past this hotel to the first cross-roads (~ 0.3km). Turn left to wards the sea. Corallia villas are then on the right side. A garden gate can be used for initial access to the villa.

A frequent bus service into Paphos operates from the nearby hotels.
